Meeting Notes - July 29, 2020 7:00PM

We met online via Google Meets. In attendance were the following listed in random order.

Lady Lacretia, Franceska of Stormwall, Arias Velarde’, Lady Adaire, Julie Kimbrell, Barry Branch

Lady Adaire provided the following Exchequer Report

Exchequer Report – Canton of Stormwall

Item#1: Will begin the Bank Signature Card for approval by Kingdom and SCA.org. Once approved, the Checking Account can be completed.

Item #2: The Financial Committee will consist of:

1. Seneschal – Joe Holt

2. Exchequer – Catherine King

3. Second Exchequer- Barry Branch, Exchequer for the Barony of Hawkwood.

Item #3: Tentative Financial Policy which will mirror the revised Kingdom Policy will be posted for review at the next Business Meeting.

Fundraising items should be submitted and discussed at the next Business Meeting as we are limited on Fundraising possibilities at this time.

Lady Lacretia provided a verbal report for Arts and Sciences-

We keep plugging away.

Fall University will be September 12

Robert Lefthand informed the group that September 19 will be a virtual birthday and investiture for Sacred Stone.

Arias reported that the Kingdom Seneschal shared a resolution from SCA.org stating that all in person activities are cancelled until January 31, 2021. The full resolution can be read on the Stormwall website.

Next Meeting will be informal held on August 12 at 7:00. BYOB
