Map of stalls - see the map jpegs uploaded on this site. (Go to drop down menu on upper right corner called More Actions, click Manage site and then look for Attachments on left hand menu to see the full list of attachments).
If you have a concern, please send an email (and a suggested solution!) to faircoordinators@gmail.com.
Notes for deciding on stall locations:
a) like goes with like eg food stalls together; craft stalls together;
b) the exact same type of stall shouldn't be right next door to another one eg recycled woollen stall shouldn't be right next door to another recycled woollen stall;
c) stalls needing power shouldn't be too far from a classroom;
d) comments made about previous years position were accommodated as much as possible.
Signage - if you would like to see what sign there is for your stall, ask the fair coordinators. The signs are stored in the CA cupboard in Tim's yard.
In recent years, the Hall has been used for the White Elephant and Books, allowing for these stalls to be set up the night before with all items left out overnight and with the added bonus of attracting MANY people in to the hall as both Books and the White Elephant are huge drawcards. During fine weather, this is the ideal plan. However, if the day is forecast for heavy rain, you may need to try to fit more stalls inside the hall (and under the eaves of the buildings and in other classrooms) so keep that in mind.
