How do we pay for things we may need for our stall?
In the CA tray in the school office there are reimbursement forms that you need to fill out, attach the original receipts and then place the completed form in the CA tray – the CA will reimburse you via internet banking. If your purchase is going to be more than $100 then prior approval will be needed via your class secretary/fair stall coordinator – this is to avoid multiple people buying the same things.
What about Float for our Stall?
All floats are sorted out by the Finance Team and distributed to the stalls ahead of the official start of the fair at 10am
During the fair, assigned money runners (class 4 parents) will collect takings and do change swaps for your stall.
What about serving utensils, plates, cups cutlery etc… for food stalls
All of these will be made available on the morning of the fair. The C.A. purchases these items for all school run stalls ahead of the fair.
Where do we get gazebos and tables from?
These will be distributed on Saturday morning for each outside stalls. Trestles stalls may be provided to stalls inside classrooms on the Friday after 3pm
What about signs for the stall?
Each stall has a sign depicting what it is, i.e. Arts/Crafts, Salad Bar etc… Stall signs are put up on the Sat morning by the supervising class (Class 4), this could be to the side of the gazebo in which case some assistance from parents on that stall setup needed..
As a class you’ll need to make up your own smaller signs depicting prices etc, check your class stall fair page and roster for more information
What about power?
Those stalls that require power will be serviced by our grounds team.
What if it rains?
In the past 20 yrs we have only ever woken up to one wet fair day morning and that cleared away by lunch time. In the event of a rainy day we shall revert to a wet weather plan.
How do we find out what is in the Fair Container?
Contact Paul Kitto who has an inventory of the contents and can open the container to reconfirm supplies.
There are signs, clothes hangers, candle dipping equipment, finance office equipment, utensils, cups, bio-degradable consumables amongst other things.
Check with Paul first to see if you need to get anything for your stall.
