Cake Stall or Salad Bar Donation
It is tradition for all school families to donate one item to either the Cake Stall or Salad Bar. Both these stalls regularly sell out so donations provided from the wider school allow the stalls to remain open maximising the fundraising. Please Click here for more information. Ka pai!

Sliced Cake & Tea Stall - See the Roster for further details.
Advertising for donations is important prior to the fair. The fair info in the school newsletter is not particularly affective so needs other initiatives such as posters on the school gate. The C4/CA team will also help by putting out comms to the school community on the lead up to the fair

Baked goods (cakes or biscuits).
Seek support of donations of baking from the parent community. Ensure that reminders are sent out to parents to bring cakes. They are asked to bring labelled cakes on the Friday, but many will only bring cakes on the fair day.
ALL CAKES MUST BE SOLD PER SLICE. This is a much more profitable option than selling cakes in their entirety. Ingredients must be listed so that cakes which are gluten/dairy free can be appropriately labelled for sale.
A roster to be filled to set up the stall, price cake slices, sell cakes and clean up.
Previously we have sold a cup of tea for $3 and a slice of cake for $3 and then we've offered a COMBO DEAL for $5 which has proven to be enormously popular.
