CLASS DISMISSED with prayer, offered by Stephen.
After the meeting, the group toured the Keller Room and Upper Lance Hall in consideration for next annual singing. We felt that the Keller Room is a beautiful space with excellent acoustics with the wooden paneling, but the limited kitchen space and limited lighting might be an issue.
The Upper Lance Hall might be a better space for the large size, full kitchen, and bright natural lighting. The surfaces are acoustically hard. We plan for an experimental singing next month in upper Lance Hall to determine if opening the outside windows will both soften the sounds and will draw visitors into the singing.
