Week Before Singing:
- Verify Snack Provider
- Request Announcement in Newspaper
Take to the Singing:
- Sacred Harp books, each with a bookmarks of shapes
- Key to room and side gate
- Water and Cups
- Fliers
- Clip board for additions to email list
- Note: Shenandoah Harmony books are stored in boxes in cabinet in kitchen area.
On Arrival:
- Unlock side gate
- Unlock front gates
- Place signs
- Unlock bathrooms
- Unlock room
- Turn on air conditioner
- Note original location of chairs
- Arrange chairs
On Leaving:
- Return chairs to original location, which is typically with padded chairs at head and sides of carpet and coffee table in the middle.
- Take trash to garbage and recycling bins under stairs on far side of courtyard.
- Turn off air-conditioner
- Lock room
- Lock bathrooms
- Gather signs
- Leave Gates Unlocked !
