Stephen reviewed progress on the Piccolo Singing, 27May17.

  • The Piccolo office has received our application and deposited our check. Gage Hall reserved.
  • Given the recent email from Michael Walker, it appears our attendance will be down.
  • John urged that we contact our friends Cleve in Wilmington, Rob in the upstate, Richard in north Georgia, and (of course) Gene and our other friends in Savannah.
  • Renee urged that flyers be carried to the Spoleto Box office no later than second weekend of May.
  • Covered Dish – Is it viable? General consensus was, yes.

Presentation at the Daniel Island Historical Society, Tuesday 16 May 2017 at 7pm?

  • Accompanied by demonstration, if sufficient forces can be mustered?

John 81b “As good as any we’ve sung. So quit now!”

Class was dismissed with 347. A prayer offered by Stephen.

Summary from the clerk:

Our small but merry ensemble gallantly laid into at least eight or ten completely unfamiliar tunes, including many from The Shenandoah Harmony, in the main successful, suffering only one hiccough.

Warmest prayers for a joyous Christmas season!
