General Meet Information:
TRAVEL TO MEETS
Transportation will not be provided to the meets.
We ask that parents provide a “carpool” system so that all athletes can participate in meets.
All team members will be at a pre-meet “huddle” shortly after we arrive. We will discuss any important information and changes.
After the team huddle, athletes will run one warm-up lap, complete sprint drills, and stretch as a team.
Please make sure your athlete dresses in layers at meets; athletes should always arrive to meets in warm-ups with their uniform on underneath.
Bring plenty of water and healthy food (I will bring the water jug to all meets)
Always clean up after yourselves
Cheer on your teammates.
When possible, please stay until the end of the meet to support your team.
USA TRACK AND FIELD (USATF) MEMBERSHIP
A USATF membership is not required unless you are attending USATF sanctioned meets,
but it is highly recommended for all athletes.
We are a USATF certified track program.
Memberships can be obtained online at www.usatf.org.
Click on “Become a Member” in the top right corner. You can use this link to join or renew your membership.
