MEETS

General Meet Information:

TRAVEL TO MEETS

Transportation will not be provided to the meets.

We ask that parents provide a “carpool” system so that all athletes can participate in meets.

AT MEETS

  • All team members will be at a pre-meet “huddle” shortly after we arrive. We will discuss any important information and changes.

  • After the team huddle, athletes will run one warm-up lap, complete sprint drills, and stretch as a team.

  • Please make sure your athlete dresses in layers at meets; athletes should always arrive to meets in warm-ups with their uniform on underneath.

  • Bring plenty of water and healthy food (I will bring the water jug to all meets)

  • Always clean up after yourselves

  • Cheer on your teammates.

  • When possible, please stay until the end of the meet to support your team.
