I Cant Concentrate Enough to Meditate.
First of all you need to find a quiet place where you will feel comfortable. This can be in your house, outdoors, or in a quiet office.
The ideal time for you to meditate will differ. But generally, meditation is best achieved soon after you awake in the morning. Get up and circulate your blood, have a drink, wash up, and then begin your meditation. You should be quiescent and rested, not too hyper nor too sleepy.
The mistake people most often make is trying too hard to literally "clear" their mind right away. It is not quite so simple, and trying to force all thoughts out of your mind will only make meditation impossible. Instead, let your mind relax. Find an iname in your mind you would like to focus on, but let other thoughts enter and exit your mind naturally. As your physical body relaxes, your mind will go deeper into the meditative state, and fewer thoughts will enter and leave your mind.
