A moonlet is a small cosmic body that is very tiny relative to an average moon of a planet or planet-like body.
Moonlet is called Minor Moon, and it could be used to refer to small and tiny satellites hidden in the ring system of a planet, a moon of an asteroid, or even to moons of a moon.
