Blanet is a hypothetical class of exoplanets that orbits black hole(s). Blanet use the same etymological analogy as planets, and are fundamentally no different from the them. The only difference is that, planets orbit stars while, blanets orbit black holes. Blanets are suspected to born out of the disc of matter or accretion disk that revolves around the black hole(s). Blanets can be as diversified in nature, features, and dynamics just like planet. They could be terrestrial or gas giants in nature.
Life: Blanets, just like their host black holes, are believed to be hard and unnatural places for life to exist and thrive.
Etymology: The word is blanet is a portmanteau of black hole and planet.
