Asteroid Belt is a disc-shaped region of space in our solar system roughly between the orbit of planet Mars and Jupiter.

The asteroid belt is basically a collection of rocky, icy, and metallic cosmic objects which are encircling Sun. Asteroid Belt has objects classified as asteroids, planetoids, and minor planets.
