My life is my prayer. As I live, so I am.

I am the creator of my own health and reality.

The more I love and bless myself and all of Creation

The more my Self and the Creator loves and blesses me.

All my thoughts, words and deeds bring forth all the good in life.

I live, love, enjoy and appreciate the gift of my life and all of life.

I love and bless myself and all creation daily.

I am filled with love, life and light.

I practice this way of being,

I achieve this way of being, and

I maintain this way of being through living it,

All day, every day.

Give thanks, be humble

and remember, Life begets Life.
