Dear Saki, dear all,
Peace be with you! Our class yesterday was very inspiring. We began with a Dhikr practice which brought us closer to ourselves and to each other. This was followed by a dance of peace and blessings.
Next, we shared a Qasab practice with the wazifas Ya Shafi (Healer) – Ya Khafi (Remedy)
After that, Saki shared with us the wazifa practice Ya Hayy. We did it repeating Ya Hayy 10 times quickly and then saying it slowly. This was done three times. This practice is a good one to increase magnetism and energy. We did Shagall breaths after that as a way to turn deeper within.
The next practice was the Bowing Dhikr of Surrender. This practice was done with the words of the bowing Dhikr “Illa La Hu”.
Saki reminded us that surrender is to find ourselves back in the heart of the Beloved. What happens when we admit that there is something greater than we are? By surrender we come into relationship with the Universe. By surrender we arrive at that point when we are able admit that we can’t do all by ourselves.
This practice was also followed by Shagall breaths. This time we did it inhaling Hu and exhaling the wazaif Hadi
The second part of our class was a sobet on theme of initiation. We also shared thoughts about the silver rule: My conscientious Self: Be no more to anyone than you are expected to be.
Saki asks us to read and contemplate the writings I am sending to you.
I would like to thank each of you for your presence in the class and I look forward to seeing you soon.
In love and service,
Graciete
