The Wisdom of Honorable Dispute Resolution in all cases

- the person must be 'taken along' at every step - including discussions with counselor, evaluator, court

- the person must be present to hear and be allowed to respond to 'every' 'fault' - and to submit rebuttal evidence

- 'every matter of finding must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses' and by evidence

This is an Honorable mode of operation?

Can you think of a more Honorable and fair Mode of Operation?

These are the commands and wisdom of God regarding dispute resolution (Matt 18 below). 

Have you met anyone with more wisdom than God?

It is a violation of Honor

- to have secret hearings

- to refuse to allow rebuttal comments

- to refuse to allow submittal of rebuttal evidence after a hearing or an allegation

- to deny immediate and free access to true recordings and truthful transcripts of secret hearings

- to block access to transcripts of secret hearings via extortion prices for transcripts

- to tamper with transcripts and court files

- to refuse to allow telephone access for remote persons to hear and respond in meetings and hearings

- to deny evidentiary hearings with witnesses

- to deny witnesses from giving a report in court - Dr. Reitman, and the father's financial witness who was paid $5225

- to hold secret back room meetings with lawyers or anyone and discuss faults or conclusions regarding faults

- to allow anyone to discuss 'faults' with a custody evaluator or counselor without the other person (and witnesses) present to defend the truth

- to allow the custody evaluator to deny access which is required by law to comments and notes of secret meetings

- for a judge or counselor to deny access to comments and notes of secret meetings and sessions

- to make a court finding without every matter established by the testimony of two or three "witnesses" and by evidence.

- and in the case of court-profiting witnesses, to deny the use of witnesses and consultants that a majority of fathers and mothers have confirmed have a proven reputation of treating fathers and mothers equally.

Judge Michael Mayer has violated Honor and violated God in all of these points, and repeatedly, even after being notified of these specific violations. Chief Judge Edward Lynch knows these violations of Honor and has covered up for Judge Mayer.

Judge Michael Mayer communicated in his biography that he is a youth confirmation instructor at the Easter Lutheran Church Eagan [radically liberal] which violently rejects Christ's command for Matthew 18 mediation with him for reconciliation and ignores endless proven facts and is afraid to question him.   Mayer boasted in divorce court that he was chosen as a juvenile judge.  But for decades, the government statistics prove that divorce judges create most of the juvenile delinquents by giving solo moms custody.  He honors himself for dealing with the delinquents that he creates!  Therefore it is fitting to discuss religious tolerance and freedom and matters of disputes regarding children.

Is divorce and child custody to be started in public court as a "issue of state"? 

> YES, if

- if you are an unbeliever. If you aren't a disciple of Jesus Christ  (John 8:31-32 below) (or other religions)

- if you understand that the courts may violate the U.S. Constitution and all Supreme Court rulings which mandate that courts are required to not interfere in private life unless there is a "compelling" need and with "least restrictive" interference and "only to prevent harm."

- if you understand that the courts may violate the constitutional right of innocent unless proven guilty which is ignored, trashed and stomped on in the corrupt 'family' courts.

- if you are an unbeliever and have cooperated fully in Alternate Dispute Resolution with a consultant who has a proven track record of treating fathers and mothers equally, and the majority of fathers and mothers confirm this reputation.

> Definitely NO, if

- If you claim and want to be a believer.  God commands believers to resolve disputes, "the things of this life! in the church!  not in front of unbelievers!"  (It's optional if you want to file the resolution by the church in the court.)

God commands that believers who "are really my disciples" must not be "dragging into court" believers to gain an unequal advantage over them.  For a believer to start or continue to hold an unequal advantage over another believer in public court in front of unbelievers is to "shame" Christ and is "slandering the noble name of" Christ (read the Word below). The father desires to have this dispute resolved in the church, and dragged out of the public court and away from the 'rich who are exploiting' fathers and kids for Cash.  And believer judges don't create orders that force Christians to disobey God's commands or create roadblocks to following God's commands, or endanger the inheritance of heaven.

Matt 18:15-17

"Go and point out their fault, just between the two of you"

"But if they will not listen, take one or two others along,

so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.’

If they still refuse to listen, tell it to the church

and if they refuse to listen even to the church, treat them as you would a pagan"

1 Cor 6:1-9 - God commands believers with exclamation points! to take and resolve disputes,

 "the things of this life!    in the church!    not in front of unbelievers!"

God describes the "shame" of starting a lawsuit with another believer in the public courts - "Dare any of you"?

verse 3  Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life!

verse 4  Therefore, if you have disputes about such matters, appoint as judges even men of little account in the church!

verse 5 I say this to shame you. Is it possible that there is nobody among you wise enough to judge a dispute between believers?

verse 6  But instead, one brother goes to law against another - and this in front of unbelievers!

verse 7 The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means you have been completely defeated already.

God concludes with a warning:

verse 9 "Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived."

God instructs that it would be better to be wronged and cheated, rather than starting a lawsuit against another believer in public court and then lose the kingdom of God, eternal life in heaven.

John 8:31-32  If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. 32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

 Unequal advantage,discrimination, the rich who are exploiting, dragging into court, slandering the noble name of Christ

James 2:1-6  Don’t show favoritism. 2 Suppose a man comes into your meeting wearing a gold ring and fine clothes, and a poor man in shabby clothes also comes in. 3 If you show special attention to the man wearing fine clothes and say, “Here’s a good seat for you,” but say to the poor man, “You stand there” or “Sit on the floor by my feet,” 4 have you not discriminated among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts?  5 Listen, my dear brothers: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him? 6 But you have insulted the poor. Is it not the rich who are exploiting you? Are they not the ones who are dragging you into court? 7 Are they not the ones who are slandering the noble name of him to whom you belong? [Christ]

'The rich who are exploiting' fathers and kids for Cash.

If believers are members of separate churches, the pastors and/or leaders can mediate as or with two or more witnesses and both parents present in person or by teleconference that truth may be established. There is nothing that prevents this and God commands resolution in the church.

The father has tried repeatedly to get these disputes considered and resolved in the church.  Religious youth leader Judge Michael Mayer, who boasts a claim of being unbiased, has sabotaged and banned efforts in the church and efforts for alternate dispute resolution and refused appointment of a neutral parenting consultant, all of which the custodian has opposed.  The custodian and her father have rejected the church and she claims it's an "issue of state."  The millionaire custodian and her millionaire father "refused to listen even to the church" pastors and leaders where they were members for decades. Then her father Roger was asked to step down from a leadership position.  The custodian and her parents "refused to listen" and left their church of decades in 2007 and have attended an independent church that has a Midwest reputation as a refuge for those in trouble with their churches.  The custodian and her parents boldly claim to be conservative Christians and active in their church and in its youth leadership. Two children were confirmed there, but the custodian apparently isn't a member of this church or of any Christian church.  In order to avoid dispute resolution and/or consequences?  The custodian demands that this is an "issue of state."  The custodian lacks fear of God's eternal warnings regarding inheriting heaven?  The custodian lacks trust in God's promises? that "if you hold to my teachings, you are really my disciples... and the truth will set you free."

On Sept. 11, 2011, the tenth anniversary of the terrorist attack on the nation, the custodian was inspired to make a terrorizing attack on her former pastor who had been the favorite pastor of her family.  The custodian wrote to this older pastor, "You were ignorant and apathetic. ... Your acts of pride, hate, harm and cowardice toward me and my family are shameful.  You cannot comprehend how my parents were attacked and suffered. Your interference into an issue of state is beyond comprehension." 

Yet the words and actions of the custodian and her parents are the opposite of God's commands which show instead that they are a "shame" to God and to all believers for starting and continuing a lawsuit against a believer in the public court.  The custodian verbally assaulted this gentle older pastor for hate and her family attacked, but the opposite is clear from her letter.  The custodian projects her own behaviors onto her 'enemies.'  The custodian and her parents continue to tell histrionic lies to anyone who will listen and they continue to use the public court and police threats to interfere and block access of the children to the entire paternal family for several years now.

After perhaps the last communion of the custodian with her parents at that church during Lent in 2007, the custodian verbally attacked this older pastor on the way up the aisle and demanded that he be nice to her father. She commanded to the pastor, "that's an order." The pastor was shocked at such behavior, and this was after receiving Holy Communion.  In 2006 and still today, it was very clear to both pastors and to the leaders of the church (and members) that the custodian and her parents were severely alienating the children from their father, and that is why the church leaders tried to resolve these problems with the custodian and her parents. But "they refused to listen even to the church" and quit that church.  

1 Tim 2:1-4  I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone— 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

Dear God, please intercede now and fill all those in authority with your wisdom.  Thanksgiving be to God for establishing the United States based on a Christian foundation, a foundation which prohibits religious discrimination and mandates religious tolerance and freedom.  Please restore your wisdom to this nation and courts which are mostly in opposition to you.  Please restore your wisdom to those who call "Lord, Lord" and claim to be believers, but oppose your Holy Word by violating Honorable resolution.  Please restore your wisdom to those who start cases in court against believers and continue to take advantage by using corrupt court workers, instead of resolving the things of this life! in the church! not in front of unbelievers!  Please restore all disputes between believers to the church so that all those who claim to be believers may be saved and inherit the kingdom of God.  May your wisdom and these requests be spread throughout the world. 

2 Tim 3:16  All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness

Gal 1:12      I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ.

1 Cor 2:13  This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words.

Ps 119:160  The entirety of Your word is truth, And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever.

If anyone desires to 'really be disciples' of Christ, now is the time, to 'really believe' God's commands and take action! 

The path may be difficult and the opposite of today's culture and courts and of many 'not really believing' churches.

John 8:31-32  If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples.  Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

And your rewards and inheritance will endure forever!
