Expeditorul, într-un contract de transport, este persoana care trimite o expediere pentru a fi livrată, fie pe uscat, maritim sau aerian. Unii transportatori, cum ar fi entitățile poștale naționale, folosesc termenul „expeditor” sau „incarcator”, dar în caz de dispută legală va fi utilizat în general termenul adecvat și tehnic „expeditor”.
Dacă expeditorul trimite un widget către receptor printr-un serviciu de livrare, expeditorul este emisorul iar destinatarul este receptorul.
The consignor, in a contract of carriage, is the person sending a shipment to be delivered whether by land, sea or air. Some carriers, such as national postal entities, use the term "sender" or "shipper" but in the event of a legal dispute the proper and technical term "consignor" will generally be used.
If Sender sends a widget to Receiver via a delivery service, Sender is the consignor and Receiver is the consignee.
El expedidor, en un contrato de transporte, es la persona que envía un envío a entregar, ya sea por tierra, mar o aire. Algunos transportistas, como las entidades postales nacionales, usan el término "remitente" o "cargador", pero en el caso de una disputa legal, generalmente se usará el término "expedidor" adecuado y técnico.
