Buses - GMB 25B - from Tai Wo MTR and alight at terminus, walk across the footbridge to start.

Usual Kau Lung Hang start - under the bridge at the sitting out areas, so we can park next to the run start.
Rambo wimps. Bring water for the rambo's it will be fun!
