Hydrate your fascia

Stimulate collagen to maintain joint and nervous system health

I am a certified selfcare neuro fascial instructor and have been training past 4 years to understand how to stimulate collagene and hydration in the body using gentle massage with rollers and balls. The technique is aimed at improving connetive tissue texture and in turn neuro muscular connectivity  and austonomic nervous system regulations involved in digestions, resting, hormonal balance and aging.

The release of stuck stress supports space for joints and improves neurological health and cognition.

Study local compressive techniques to stimulating fluid exchange in the connective matrix - that is the basis of health and longevity.

As we age our tissues dehydrate. Dehydration also happen from stress, scar tissue, mechanical stress like repeptitive strain injury of sitting at a desk all day or using your body intensely in athletique pursuits. Tissue dehydration affects our sensory motor control and nervous system regulation. Support your health, wellbeing and rebalance the neuro core to get out of pain.

Lets melt hands and feet

Refine your practise with lengthening techniques. You cannot release your lower back or neck before first stimulating some hydration towards these regions.

Self care treatments with soft roller and therapy balls stimulate the fluid layer of your body called  fascia healing low grade inflamation, stimulating endocrinal rebalance and cellular health.

Melting is a life skills at the heart of vitality as we age.

As we age, give birth, engage in desk bound jobs or high intensity sports we experience dehydration.  Learn how to stimulate collagen production in your fascia and improve sensory motor control using selfcare treatments.  I am a certified Melt Method instructor and a member of a community of neuro fascial specialists who share a passion for helping people rebalance their neuro core, come out of recurring injuries, stiffness and pain and use movement with awareness and neuro fascial techniques to self care for long term wellbeing and improved quality of life.

Melting is a gentle self care practise that stimulates your fluid exchange.

You cannot heal the body without tapping into the body's fluid exchange matrix. Fluids reuglate all aspects of your autonomic nervous system - digestion, sleep, cognition, circulation, hormonal balance, joint health and much much more. Thousands of neuro regulators are triggered through the connective tissues which is the repository system of not just your stability but also affects basic functions like digestio, sleep and cellular repair.

WHAT IS FASCIA?

Fascia is like a sponge that envelopes the whole body penetrating deep into tissues and organs supporting your structure and allowing communication between all parts.

WHAT IS ITS FUNCTION?

Because fascia is everywhere it creates a powerful net allowing the brain to know and respond to health in the most far away parts of your body.  It provides a communication matrix for the nervous system and support, nourishment and padding for all body parts.

HYDRATE

Neuro fascial technique is a contemporary approach to movement training and self care. It has been clinically proven to resolve chronic pain the back and it can help with all functions of the autonomic nervous system. Do you know which organs and functions in the body are managed by the autonomic nervous system?

Supporting your fascia 2-3 times a week will have a direct relationship in improving

It helps relieve

Standing up in gravity

Sitting for prolonged periods of time can get everything in the body cranky and screaming for help. Learn to melt and take ownership of supporting the fluid state of your body.

Dynamic Gate and Posture

Learn basic life skills to hydrate the connective tissue which experiences adhesion as we age and adapt to stress.

The tissue in our body that stores tension and fluidity is called fascia. It is our structural support system. We need a healthy fluid fascia that is able to pulse to allow for spinal movement.  Hands and feet enervation practises keep the fascial body fluid and able to support our spine, posture and gate as we age.

When we practise using ourselves in movement  with sensitivity to our sensations we learn to not push into pain or injury. We also caliabrate the nervous system and improve the organization of our connective tissue.  A movement practise that pays attention to sensations help bring more options to old habits.

I help people sense in with the felt experience of safety through kinaesthetic awareness, movement, breath, working with sound and compression sto stimulate rebalancing the neuro core and improving the connection between periphery and brain

I am a certified Melt Method instructor and use balls and rollers as well as lengthening practises of movement with awareness to hydrate fascia.
