Train with an experienced somatic educator to gain awareness of your body's responses in space and how to progress exercises to acquire their full benefit.
Safety and excitement 🥥
10 sessions develop skills to perform selfcare treatments to reconnect with your body and stimulate fluid exchange.
5 sessions cover the basics and orient in the art of self care
1. Get in touch with your body by working with a personal trainer to understand your patterns
2. Explore movement that meets your needs and reconnect through the body
3. Use your resources you sharpen in personal training in group classes and daily movement.

As we move through life we adapt to stress in our body by recuring patterns of movement we call compensations. They can lead to inefficient use of joints and dehydration.
Although they help us push through periods of exhaustion, high intensity work or dramatic or traumatic changes in life, they can become a source of disfunction and embed neurlogical pathways that lay down stress in our connective tissues leading to chronic joint pain, issues with digestion and sleep.

To move out of pain into becoming a confident mover takes practise and awareness of personal compensations in the body.
Discover the freedom to move with pleasure and confidence involves slowing down to notice habitual patterns and opening up space for new kinetic options. Receive personal support to build capacities, knowledge and techniques to sustain regular practise.
These are individual sessions aimed at helping you understand how you can read your body sensastions and adapt the method to progress with success and achieve hydration.
