I do not believe anyone can get out of pain without 1on1 mentorship to develop the skills, insights and sensitivity to respond with awareness to their body.

I have 20 years of looking for ways to read the body and support its wellbeing. I practised selfcare technique to respond to pre-pain signals, undo chronic conditions and prevent recurring injuries.

Learning the basics Movement in Space skills
4 hours tuition / donation based
Basic understanding of hydration and neuro core rebalance. We explore the language of the 5 steps of the Melt Method and the various ways to reconnect, glide, sheer, rinse and create friction to stimulate collagen and fluid exchange. No props needed. Breath and awareness tools used only. Self massage technique will be explored to cover the concepts.
Becoming a confident Melter
30 sessions x 60 min +15 min Q&A and email support

To move out of pain into becoming a confident mover takes practise.
These are individual sessions aimed at helping you understand how you can read your body sensastions and adapt the method to progress with success and achieve hydration.
As we move through life we adapt to stress in our body by recuriting patterns of movement we calll compensations. They can lead to inefficient use of joints and dehydration.
Although they help us push through periods of exhaustion, high intensity work or dramatic or traumatic change in life, they can become a source of disfunction.

Sessions build up to help you acquire new movement skills and improve performance in a safe relationship with an experienced somatic trainer.
Learn to use compression techniques for self touch to awaken hydration and fluid flow.
