Stimulate collagen to maintain joint and nervous system health
As we age our tissues dehydrate. Dehydration also happen from stress, injuries, scar tissues, mechanical stress like repetitive strain injury of sitting at a desk all day or using your body intensely in athletique pursuits. Tissue dehydration affects our sensory motor control and nervous system regulation. Support your health, wellbeing and rebalance the neuro core to get out of pain.
Refine your practise with lengthening techniques. You cannot release your lower back or neck before first stimulating some hydration towards these regions.
As we age, give birth, engage in desk bound jobs or high intensity sports we experience dehydration. Melting is a gentle self care practise that stimulates fluid flow in the cells by improving the texture of your collagen body.
Lets melt hands and feet using a soft ball
Sign up for a 4 hours Intro and if you enjoy it go for a full 6 months 1 on 1 training
Study local compressive techniques to stimulating fluid exchange in the connective matrix - that is the basis of health and longevity.
Supporting your fascia 2-3 times a week will have a direct relationship in improving
joint stability and mobility
perception and cognition
immunity
lymphatic drainage and detox
It helps relieve
nerve compression - conditions such as sciatica, neck pain, rib (intercoastal) neuralgia
brain fox
anxiety
skin conditions
sleep and digestive disorders
Standing up in gravity
Sitting for prolonged periods of time can get everything in the body cranky and screaming for help. Learn to melt and take ownership of supporting the fluid state of your body.
Dynamic Gate and Posture
Learn basic life skills to hydrate the connective tissue which experiences adhesion as we age and adapt to stress.
A movement practise that pays attention to sensations help bring more options to old habits. When we practise using ourselves in movement with sensitivity to our sensations we learn to not push into pain or injury. We also caliabrate the nervous system and improve the organization of our connective tissue.
The tissue in our body that stores tension and fluidity is called fascia. It is our structural support system. We need a healthy fluid fascia that is able to pulse to allow for spinal movement. Hands and feet enervation practises keep the fascial body fluid and able to support our spine, posture and gate as we age.
I help people sense in with the felt experience of safety through kinaesthetic awareness, movement, breath, working with sound and compression to stimulate rebalancing the neuro core and improving the connection between periphery and brain.
