My approach of training people 1 on 1 comes from years of experience in undestanding compensations in people's dynamic use of body weight in space. 


Reconnect and Rehydrate 

The weekly trainings will develop your language and movement skills to refine your  body's capacity to move in space to satisfy your needs for connection, exercise and daily function. I specialize in helping people resolve pre pain symptoms and get rid of chronic pain if you commit to a minimum of 6 months weekly practise.  Commitment to selfcare with rollers and therapy balls and somatic movement will have a knock over effect in helping you gain mental and emotional resilience

Rebalance the neuro core

Create daily conditions for you to re pattern towards more functional and dynamic gate and posture. Dynamic and responsive posture will improve sensory motor control so you enjoy life, daily activities and sports with more energy and suppleness in your joints. That is the basis of longevity and cellular health. 

Sensory fitness - gain health 

Sensory fitness improves the fluid system of the body regulating hormonal, digestive, immunity and sleep issues that can be impacting your wellbeing and cellular health.

2016-2019 Week long trainings and dance residencies in contemporary dance based techniques using embodiment, somatics and funcational patterns of movement with leading practictioners, choreographers and movers exploring principles of Alexander Technique, Release, Flying Low, Butoh, Limon Technique, Bartenieff/Laban methodology, Materials for the Spine,  BMC, Katherine Dunham Technique, CI, Dalcroze Method and Feldenkrais.

2015 Five week Yoga Teacher Training Course within a 6 month ashram residency,  India

I build open conversation with my clients so they feel supported, heard and encouraged to explore. I work within my scope of movement with awareness practise. I do not offer dietary advise, religious practises or psychological treatments.  🥥
