Sam tries his best to be healthy.
He knows that a balanced and nutritious diet is the key to success.
Sam likes a wide variety of foods.
He loves his breakfast cereal.
He likes peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
Sometimes, he even enjoys some spaghetti.
But Sam does not like everything.
Sam just doesn't care much for raw potatoes, for example.
And fried fish? Absolutely not.
But still, Sam is usually open to at least trying new foods.
For example, once Bingo brought home a box of extra saucy spicy buffalo chicken wings from a restaurant.
Sam thought they smelled delicious. He couldn't wait to try one!
At first, it was good!
But Sam soon realized something was terribly wrong.
These spicy buffalo chicken wings... were spicy!
Really, really spicy!
His mouth was on fire!

That day, Sam learned a valuable lesson.
Curiosity almost killed the Sam!
He would be just fine eating his cereal for supper.
His beloved oaty oats would never harm him.
