Police Legacy Membership Application Forms

Membership enables Police Legacy to continue it's valuable work assisting those police families who are in need.
Membership is only K52 per year, which for serving members means only a K2 pay deduction per fortnight.
Contributing membership is also encouraged from former members and supporters and to this end a one off yearly membership form is also attached.
Forms are available for download below and payment can be sent directly to our bank, details here.
