Police Legacy Membership Application Forms

• Membership enables Police Legacy to continue it's valuable work assisting those police families who are in need.
• Membership is only K52 per year, which for serving members means only a K2 pay deduction per fortnight.
• Contributing membership is also encouraged from former members and supporters and to this end a one off yearly membership form is also attached.
• Forms are available for download below and payment can be sent directly to our bank, details here.
• These can be emailed, sent to the address below or dropped into the Police Legacy office.
