SITE PLANS | CASE FILES

A site plan is a detailed drawing of the proposed improvements for a given lot or parcel of land. A site plan submittal generally consists of a site plan, building elevations, landscape plan, photometric (i.e. lighting) plan, and a material sample board. These plans typically depict improvements like the building footprint, sidewalks, streets, parking, drainage facilities, building elevations, and landscaping and hardscape elements.  The City of Rockwall requires site plans for all new development, with the exception of single family and duplex lots, and for the expansion of existing developments that increase their gross floor area by 50% or more.
