VISION STATEMENT
The City of Rockwall will continue to provide its citizens and visitors with the highest level of municipal services. This includes providing recreational and programming opportunities aimed at allowing citizens the ability to choose a healthy lifestyle, public services that are superior to other cities in the region, and public safety services that ensure a safe and secure community.

An implementation plan is the process of transitioning from the act of planning to application. To do this, the OURHometown Vision 2040 Comprehensive Plan used the goals and policies established in each section of the document to draft implementation strategies, which are the necessary steps to implementing the community's vision. Below is a list of the implementation strategies for this section. The timelines associated with these implementation strategies are intended to guide staff's progress, and create a system of accountability that will lead to measurable successes for the community.
