7:45 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
You are expected to cover phones/pages until the Eve person arrives at 4pm

At 7:45am, be prompt and forward:
Morningside & West pagers #33214 (M), #35830 (W) to your personal pager
Morningside phone extension (#23-3799, #23-4219)
When covering the phones, you may be asked for numbers to call.
Refer to "MW - On Call" page, and also Qgenda to locate teams/attendings.

Every day, the resident should reach out & notify the attending that they will be working with them that day.
The resident should also provide that attending with their phone # / extension for the day.
FAQ: "What list do I read from?" and... "Who do I work with?"
- Option 1: (recommended for first 1-2 weeks)
AM/PM: Read all Inpatient plain films (XR) from M and W.
(Assign to Qgenda attending: "Chest XR BMW")
- Option 2: (recommended in last 2-3 weeks, or 2nd half of year)
AM: Read all Inpatient plain films (XR) from M and W
(Assign to Qgenda attending: "Chest XR BMW")
PM: Read ED plain films from M and W.
(Assign to Qgenda attending: "XR 8 PM")
IF CHOOSING THIS OPTION (OPTION 2) -- notify both attendings of this choice and make sure the attending you're working with, knows you're drafting to them + how to reach you.
Additional duties:
Protocol ER CT's ONLY IF CALLED with a specific indication/question by the tech (Dr. Friedman has provided a protocol list for routine ED studies so the techs should be protocoling ED cases on their own)
MR consents for outpatients
Check on contrast extravasation (if any)
