Capstone Project: Development Prospectus

My capstone project for the final semester of the MLPD Program requires that I create a confidential private offering memorandum for a real piece of property currently being listed. The objective is to determine the highest and best use for said property and to present the findings to the real owner of the property in a form that would entice them to sell the property and to solicit investors. As of now, my team and I have met with the local city officials to learn more about their plan for growth in this rural unincorporated portion of Bryan, Texas. Our plan to date is to merge the city's vision with the vision the large, luxury retirement community (Traditions Golf Club and Community), and the emerging Texas A&M - Rellis Campus.
