The Master of Land and Property Development program is interdisciplinary, merging planning, construction, finance, market studies, and environmental considerations. Students in this program come from various backgrounds and in turn go into various fields of development. The goal of this program is to prepare graduates for the real-world (whether that be independently or with an established firm). In the following sections you will witness how the training in due diligence, site analysis, entitlements, project management, and market and financial analysis has set me apart from students in other programs around the country.
