In the commercial real estate law class, my team and I were tasked with advising the formation of a real estate entity based on a set of assumptions concerning liability, operations, involvement, timing, and equity. The video captures our presentation/pitch to our professor in which we pitched the most effective investment strategy and structure for the commercial multifamily deal.
In the residential land development class, I was tasked with creating a business plan for a residential lot development deal that detailed the opportunity, business structure, marketing strategy, and operational considerations based on a market study, map, and lot affordability templates taught throughout the class.
