1st Stage - Identify:- community's visioning their situation, direction, resources, needs and possibilities,
2nd Stage - Analyze:- community’s undertaking of the following:-
of their assets, resources and needs in order to create a sustainable strategic plan for community’s independent and continuing development.
3rd Stage - Plan:- Community's development of a Sustainable Strategic Plan, Action Plan, Communication Plan and Monitoring and Evaluation Plan.
Methodology and Guide for Participatory Workshop
The first three stages are meant to assist in the following:-
PIA proposes an adaptive management process, supported by tools and templates, to assist in guiding community in planning to undertake their responsibilities, to explore possibilities & take action to improve their standard of living in a continuing and independent basis through transparency and accountability.
