e-Participatory community planning & management website.  Community and the stakeholders in their development can use our online monitoring and evaluation template to formulate a M&E Plan which will be put in place to measure the impact on the community at the six stages of the community's geo-development strategy. The geo-development process guide and the community subsequent results from engaging the online tools are used to develop an adaptive Google Site template designed for community's planning, management and development website.    

People in Action require the following of communities who are interested in our Maroon Volunteer and Sustainable Co-Investment programs:

1. Engage in three good governance education workshops to prepare them to understand their rights to development. Good governance training is available from Agency for Rural Transformation (ART), email: artngognd@gmail.com  

2. Engage in a two day workshop using the online geo-development tools and template to vision the community:

   1. 1. Identification of their community, as well as the community's natural, cultural, historical and social assets by engaging in mapping using our community mapping process,

      2. Analyse community's geographical assets to create an online profile of the geographical characteristics of place. Community can use the following online analysis:

    • SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Treats) analysis

    • Communication analysis 

3. The creation of a sustainable management plan for community using our online planning tools: 

• • Sustainable Strategic Plan,

  • Action Plan, 

  • Communication Plan  

  • Monitoring and Evaluation Plan. 

   3. The creation of an e-participatory community management, awareness development and promotion website which will promote, not just the transparency and accountability of community's development, but also the participation of community through the use of social media & blogs.
