Community and the stakeholders in their development can use our online monitoring and evaluation template to formulate a M&E Plan which will be put in place to measure the impact on the community at the six stages of the community's geo-development strategy. The geo-development process guide and the community subsequent results from engaging the online tools are used to develop an adaptive Google Site template designed for community's planning, management and development website.
