FRIENDS OF PAYNE PARK TENNIS CENTER

WHO WE ARE

The Friends of Payne Park Tennis Center (FOPPTC) will become a Charter member of the Friends of Sarasota County Parks (FOSCP), a 501(c) 3 organization dedicated to promoting the benefits of tennis and the utilization of our facilities for all potential participants in our community.

PURPOSE OF FOPPTC

FOPPTC are organized for the purpose of operating and equipping a tennis facility for the pleasure and recreation of its members, the community at large and visitors to Sarasota County. Also, to maintain the courts, clubhouse and provide related improvements which its Directors may consider advisable

To engage in fundraising, marketing and related activities to underwrite capital improvements which its Directors deem advisable

To govern FOPPTC in a fiscally responsible and self-supporting manner with the full understanding that no financial benefits enure to the benefit of the Board of Directors or its Advisors
