There are some fantastic new sports on offer for you this May. So why not kick start you summer by getting involved in something new?

Your Voice Matters


Bristol Children's commissioning are seeking the views of parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities for their Short Breaks program. Fill in the recommissioning survey (https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/ShortBreaks2022/) to help them provide the best service for you.


Short breaks are activities for disabled children and young people, that allows parents and carers to have time away form their caring duties, while giving disabled young people a chance to make friends, have fun and be independent.


If you would like to see more sport, make sure you fill in the survey and let them know.

Inclusive Yoga in North Bristol

Fancy trying yoga? You are in luck! New disability inclusive yoga sessions have started in Shirehampton Bristol, BS11 9TX.


Yoga for 16-19 years old, Thursdays 4.30pm

Yoga for anyone who wants to try it seated, Thursdays 5.15pm

Walking Tennis Taster Day

Walking Tennis is an oppurtunity for anyone of any age who wants to play tennis to take part. It is perfect for:

* People who use to play tennis

* People who have never played tennis before

* People who want to be more active

* People who are recovering from injury
