Annual General Meeting   – Saturday 2 March 2024

Notice is given of the Annual General Meeting of the Bristol and District Branch of Parkinson’s UK on Saturday 2nd March 2024 at 10.30 am at St Monica Trust, Cote Lane, Westbury on Trym, Bristol.  Doors open at 10.00 AM.  The AGM will also be available as a virtual meeting, using ‘Zoom’ technology.  To join the virtual meeting click on the link below when you are ready to join, or cut and paste it into your web browser.

Karen Safe, SW Regional Fundraiser, will chair the AGM.  After the AGM she will discuss her role in Parkinson’s UK.

Following this our guest speaker Kenton O’Hara will be talking about the latest developments with Sphere House in Bristol.

We are inviting nominations for committee officers and with this notification is the nomination form for you to complete if you would like to be considered for election.   Please note that you must be a member of Parkinson’s UK to stand for election.  You will need to have your nomination proposed and seconded by members of the branch who are also members of Parkinson’s UK.

All nomination forms must be received by myself, Branch Secretary, no later than Saturday 10th February 2024.
