"Highway" bus schedule from Kyoto to KIX (but.... this takes you to the airport and then you would have to take a shuttle to wherever our charter will pick us up.)
Hotel Nikko KIX (too far!!! It is at the airport and a ride away from everything else.) Would be good to stay there on your way out if you have to.
Hotel Washington KIX This is where we stayed last year and may be the best place to meet. Breakfast pretty good. Rooms ok.
