The following carefully researched analysis concerned with 50 areas of racist Zionist (RZ), Israeli Organized Crime (IOC) and Israeli State Terrorism (IST) threats to Australians has been carefully prepared for dissemination to Australian law officers, MPs, journalists, academics and other citizens in the public and national interest.

Israeli crimes, whether of Israeli State Terrorism (IST) or Israeli Organized Crime (IOC), have been a no-go area in the Western democracies for decades due to the power of the Israel Lobby as exemplified by the routine defamation of “anti-Semite” applied to anyone (whether Jewish or non-Jewish) objecting to gross Israeli violations of International Law, UN General Assembly and Security Council Resolutions, International Court of Justice decisions, and International Humanitarian Conventions.

Decent anti-racist, humanitarian Jews and non-Jews are appalled by the impositions of the ongoing racist Zionist Palestinian Genocide in the Occupied Palestinian Territory - 0.3 million post-invasion excess deaths; 0.2 million post-invasion under-5 infant deaths; 7 million Palestinian refugees in toto; 85% of Christians have fled; 3,600 under-5 year old Occupied Palestinians are passively murdered by the Israeli Occupiers each year; an estimated 5,700 Occupied Palestinians in general are passively murdered by the Israeli Occupiers each year; about 800 Occupied Palestinians are violently killed by Jewish Israelis each year; 1.5 million Occupied Palestinians (800,000 of them children) are incarcerated without charge or trial in what the Catholic Church describes as Israel’s Gaza Concentration Camp, a war criminally starved and blockaded concentration camp that is policed by civilian-targeting military shelling, rocketing and bombing from land, sea and air by the war criminal Israeli Defence Force (IDF); 2.5 million Occupied Palestinians are similarly confined in ever-dwindling West Bank Bantustans; while 1.5 million Palestinian Israelis are second class citizens subject to race-based Apartheid Laws, the 4 million Occupied Palestinians have no human rights at all. [1, 2].

For anti-racist Jews and indeed all anti-racist humanitarians the core moral messages from the Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million dead, 1 in 6 dying from deprivation) and from the more general WW2 European Holocaust (30 million Slav, Jewish and Gypsy dead) are “zero tolerance for racism”, “never again to anyone”, “bear witness” and “zero tolerance for lying”.

However these sacred injunctions are grossly violated by the anti-Arab anti-Semitic racist Zionists running Apartheid Israel and their Western backers variously involved in the ongoing Palestinian Genocide, Iraqi Genocide and Afghan Genocide (post-invasion violent and non-violent excess deaths 0.3 million, 2.5 million and 4.5 million, respectively; post-invasion under-5 infant deaths 0.2 million, 0.9 million and 2.4 million, respectively; refugees totalling 7 million, 5-6 million and 3-4 million, respectively, plus a further 2.5 million NW Pakistan Pashtun refugees). [1-7].

It must be noted that for about 2,000 years “Israel” has referred to “Torah and Talmud observant Jews” and it is inappropriate in the extreme to link such devout religious folk with the crimes of the nuclear terrorist rogue state that calls itself the State of Israel (a blasphemy and heresy in itself according to Orthodox Judaism which says that any return to Zion can only happen after the Messiah arrives). Since the State of Israel imposes race-based, Apartheid laws on its Indigenous Subjects it is accordingly appropriate to refer to it as “Apartheid Israel” or “the State of Israel” rather than as “Israel” which would defame decent, anti-racist, humanitarian, Torah-observant Jews (anti-Semitism) by linking them to horrendous Israeli crimes against humanity. Indeed South African heroes in the fight against Apartheid and racism (notably Jewish South African Government Minister Ronnie Kasrils, Nelson Mandela, and Archbishop Tutu) have described the State of Israel as an Apartheid state and even the founder of Apartheid, Dr Henrik Verwoerd, has described the State of Israel as an Apartheid state. Similarly one must a distinction between innocent religious Zionism (e.g. the Seder wish of “next year in Jerusalem”, a prayer for the arrival of the prerequisite Messiah) versus genocidal, secular, blasphemous and heretical, racist Zionism exploited by anti-Arab anti-Semitic and anti-Jewish anti-Semitic Anglo-American imperialism.

All decent, anti-racist, humanitarians must vigorously oppose and sideline those supporting racist Zionism, Apartheid Israel and racist Western wars and occupations who are currently complicit in 0.7 million non-violent excess deaths annually; continuing, racist perversion of human rights, humanitarian values and rational discourse in the Western democracies; ignoring of worsening climate genocide (that may kill 10 billion non-Europeans this century through unaddressed man-made climate change); and egregious anti-Jewish anti-Semitism through falsely identifying decent, anti-racist Jews with these appalling crimes.

In short, decent folk have to decide what to believe, the authoritative opinions of a large number of outstanding anti-racist, humanitarian Jewish scholars and writers from Professor Hannah Arendt to Professor Howard Zinn (views echoed by outstanding non-Jews opposed to racist Zionism such as Nobel Peace Prize Laureates Nelson Mandela, Jimmy Carter, Archbishop Tutu and Máiread Maguire and other outstanding writers and thinkers from Australia’s John Pilger to India’s revered Mahatma Gandhi) versus the propaganda of the genocidal, war criminal, racist Zionist terrorists running Apartheid Israel. You are referred to the carefully documented compendia entitled Jews Against Racist Zionism and Non-Jews Against Racist Zionism [8, 9].

Thus consider the following opinion of an outstanding Jewish Israeli academic Professor Avi Shlaim, Professor of International Relations at the prestigious Oxford University, UK: “The only way to make sense of Israel's senseless war in Gaza [2008-2009] is through understanding the historical context. Establishing the state of Israel in May 1948 involved a monumental injustice to the Palestinians … This brief review of Israel's record over the past four decades makes it difficult to resist the conclusion that it has become a rogue state with "an utterly unscrupulous set of leaders". A rogue state habitually violates international law, possesses weapons of mass destruction and practises terrorism - the use of violence against civilians for political purposes. Israel fulfils all of these three criteria; the cap fits and it must wear it. Israel's real aim is not peaceful coexistence with its Palestinian neighbours but military domination. It keeps compounding the mistakes of the past with new and more disastrous ones. Politicians, like everyone else, are of course free to repeat the lies and mistakes of the past. But it is not mandatory to do so”. [10].

The bottom-line moral position for decent folk is that expressed by outstanding Jewish American scholar Professor Jared Diamond who in his best-selling book "Collapse” (Prologue, p10, Penguin edition) enunciated the "moral principle, namely that it is morally wrong for one people to dispossess, subjugate, or exterminate another people"– an injunction grossly violated by racist Zionist (RZ)-run Apartheid Israel and its racist, genocide-committing and genocide-ignoring US Alliance backers. [11].

The recent massive destruction and mass murder wrought by the Israelis in Lebanon (2006) and in Gaza (2006 and 2008-2009) has prompted outrage from many anti-racist, humanitarian Jewish people and non-Jewish people concerned about (a) the humanitarian catastrophe from Israeli war crimes and (b) the huge threat posed to decent, humanitarian Jewish people around the world (as well as to Humanity as a whole) by such Israeli atrocities.

Law enforcement officers, MPs, media and other citizenry can take courage from (a) articulate opposition by eminent Jewish and non-Jewish scholars and writers to Zionist and Israeli crimes against humanity and (b) the recent media revelations of how Israeli State Terrorism (IST) and Israeli Organized Crime (IOC) both flout, for criminal purposes, the border protection laws of pro-Israeli western countries (notably the UK, Australia and EU countries).

Below is a summary of 50 major areas of concern in relation to Israeli and Zionist criminal activity, including Israeli State Terrorism (IST) and Israeli Organized Crime (IOC), in Australia. As far as possible this catalogue has been referenced to Jewish sources to minimize any conceivable plausibility of the inevitable, false, racist Zionist canard of “anti-Semitism”. I should also add that my father was a Jewish refugee from Nazism to Australia in 1939 and to my knowledge only about a dozen of my family survived the racist Zionist (RZ)-complicit Jewish Holocaust in Hungary, 1944-1945 that killed 0.2-0.4 million Hungarian Jews out of a Jewish Community of 0.7 million.

This catalogue of Israeli State Terrorism (IST) crimes has been prepared in the public and national interest as recommended by the extensive Australian Federal Government campaign exemplified by the refrigerator magnet card (still on my refrigerator): “Let’s look out for Australia. Protecting our way of life from a possible terrorist threat”. However state terrorism (as exemplified by Israeli State Terrorism) is vastly more deadly than non-state terrorism.

The preparedness of violent, racist and genocidal Apartheid Israel to deliberately and indeed routinely flout International Laws, National Laws, national border protection arrangements and indeed what Catholic theologians describe as the Natural Law, puts Australia at acute risk from Israeli State Terrorism. Thus violent and non-violent excess deaths (avoidable deaths) in Zionist-backed US Asian wars now total about 10 million (1990-2010) as compared to about 7,000 Westerners allegedly murdered by Muslim non-state terrorism in the last 40 years (this latter figure including about 2,000 Israelis occupying Indigenous Palestinian land and ignoring compelling scientific evidence for explosive demolition of the WTC buildings and hence US Government involvement in the murder of 3,000 people on 9-11 with the likelihood of IST involvement in that atrocity). [12].

All these areas of serious concern require urgent investigation using the resources available to the State Police, the Australian Federal Police, the Australian Security and Intelligence Organization (ASIO) and other Australian agencies. It must be stated that prevalent academic, politician and media ignoring or obfuscation of these serious concerns raises the serious issue of Australians being accessories after the fact of serious Israeli State Terrorism (IST) and Israeli Organized Crime (IOC) crimes against and threats to Australia.

1. Zionist passport fraud and violation of Australian border protection.

Israeli State Terrorism (IST) passport fraud emerged in 2004 in New Zealand and in 2010 in Australia (as well as in the UK, Ireland, France and Germany). The 2004 instance led to a serious diplomatic row between New Zealand and the State of Israel. The 2010 instance was associated with the murder of a Palestinian official in Dubai and the Israeli Government has refused to confirm or deny its involvement in this criminal outrage (i.e. it reserves the “right” to violate national and international laws for its criminal purposes). It appears that such IST violation of Australian border protection has been routine. Such Israeli Government-backed passport fraud and criminal anonymity potentially lends itself to egregious criminal abuses in addition to political assassination, these including organized crime movement, organized crime murder, drug smuggling, money laundering, fraud, insider training, prostitution, and sex slave trafficking (crimes that are certainly happening in Australia). It is likely that such violations were involved in IST involvement in death squads (notably in Columbia, the Guatemala Indian Genocide and Occupied Iraq). [1, 2, 13 -15].

2. Israeli domination of global Ecstasy Trade.

According to the US State Department, Israelis dominate the world trade in Ecstasy. While the serotonin and dopamine transport inhibitor Ecstasy (3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine) is vastly less deadly in reality than opiates it can kill and certainly has the capacity to damage young lives. The dominant Israeli position in the global Ecstasy trade coupled with the demonstrated preparedeness and ability of IST to flout international law, immigration border protection and customs controls at will puts Australia at acute risk. [16, 17].

3. Zionist pro-war activism and illegal movement of opiate drugs.

It is estimated that about 200,000 people die from the effects of illicit drugs each year (as compared to about 5 million deaths from smoking and 2 million deaths from alcohol). There are about 100,000 opiate drug-related deaths annually (about 12,000 in the US, 430 in Australia, and 2,000 in the UK). An appalling aspect of the Zionist-promoted US Alliance Afghan War that is well hidden by Zionist-beholden mainstream media is the US restoration of the Taliban-destroyed Afghan opium industry from about 6% of world market share in 2001 to 93% today. We can accordingly roughly estimate that the Zionist-promoted US Afghan war has been associated with 0.9 x100,000 deaths/year x 8.5 years = 765,000 opiate-related deaths globally since October 2001 and about 0.9 x 430 deaths/year x 8.5 years = 3,290 opiate-related Australian deaths since October 2001 (the Australian Government has fatuously obfuscated this in detailed communication to me by saying that technically most of Australia's heroin actually comes from places other than Afghanistan). A recent UN Office of Drugs and Crime (UNODC) report indicates that the top countries in the World for interdiction of US Alliance -protected Afghan opiates are Iran, Pakistan and China – yet, in addition to promoting the Afghan War, the racist Zionists successfully urged an expansion of the US Asian Wars to Pakistan (2.5 million refugees have been generated in NW Pakistan in the last year), are daily urging the devastation of Iran and are conducting a major hate campaign against China. About 4,000 Iranian border protection and anti-drug police and military have died defending Iran and the World from US-promoted opiates from Afghanistan. Indeed Iran has been praised for its anti-drug efforts by the UNODC. Apartheid Israel violates customs and immigration controls around the world for state terrorism purposes and it would be naive in the extreme to ignore the likelihood of IST and IOC involvement in the trade in illicit opiates (Apartheid Israel is known to be number one in the World in the Ecstasy trade) [3, 4, 18-27].

4. Zionists and the cocaine trade in Australia.

Israeli state terrorists are active in Colombia, a major source of cocaine. A leading Australian Zionist businessman was alleged to have been involved in cocaine importation into Australia from Colombia. Conversely, the front bench political career of an outstanding, ethical and humane Federal MP was terminated after he assumed the unique position of being the only Australian member of the Federal House of Representatives MP to have asked how many people had died in the (Zionist-promoted) Iraq War – his career was doomed when it was conveniently revealed (by who?) that he had inadvertently and innocently written a reference for a businessman in his electorate who was subsequently alleged to have been involved in the illegal cocaine trade. In stunning contrast, the overwhelmingly pro-Zionist political Establishment of Australia turned out in force for the funeral of Australia’s biggest white collar criminal (illegal proceeds of the order of $100 billion from illegal asset stripping and price fixing) who lavished the proceeds of crime on the Australian Labor Party as well as the Palestinian Genocide. Since Apartheid Israel violates customs and immigration controls around the world for state terrorism purposes, it would be extremely naive to ignore the likelihood of IST and IOC involvement in the trade in cocaine (Apartheid Israel is already known to be number one in the World in the Ecstasy trade and the illicit drug trade has been a routine funding mechanism by IST’s partner in crime the US CIA). [28].

5. Zionists and illegal movement of weapons.

Movement of goods involves certification at the departure end and goods checking before, during and after transit. IST means that weapons, drugs, explosives and people have a free entry into the system (and hence into countries like Australia) at the Israeli end. Anecdote asserts Israeli weapons smuggling via ostensible agricultural pipe exports through Australia to the South Pacific prior to the 1987 Fiji Coup. In the IST murder of the Hamas official in Dubai the primary weapon was apparently a muscle relaxant (presumably smuggled in prior to suffocation; see below).

6. Zionists and Israeli state-sponsored illegal drugs movements.

As outlined above (see items 1-4 ) IST enables illicit drug and personnel movement anywhere in the world at the behest of the Israeli or associated governments. Movement of drugs is effectively movement of money and enables facilitation of criminal and/or terrorist activities. For a detailed account of such activities by Apartheid Israel’s backer the US see William Blum’s best-selling book “Rogue State”. [28].

7. Zionist blackmail and defamation of Australians, including elected representatives.

In a remarkable coincidence, the only member of the House of Representatives to have asked how many people have been killed in Iraq (1990-2010 violent and non-violent avoidable deaths now total 4.4 million) was politically destroyed by the leak of an innocent but unwise reference for a businessman in his electorate subsequently shown to have been involved in drugs. It is not known whether Zionists (dual citizen or otherwise) were involved in this destruction of the front bench career of a decent MP but the incident is a clear warning to all people in public life. Zionist demands for the sidelining of a prominent Arab ALP member over his views about Israeli human rights abuses were reported by Mainstream media. When a large number of decent, patriotic, and anti-racist eminent Jewish Australians set up Independent Australian Jewish Voices (IAJP) to protest Israeli human rights abuses they were variously defamed by Zionists as “self-hating Jews” and “anti-Semites”. The preparedness to use such defamatory hyperbole was illustrated recently when an ABC presenter offensively derided the mental competence a prominent Coalition MP and a panel member falsely defamed another prominent conservative MP as an “anti-Semite”. Simple inspection of Australian and international media blogs will reveal a plethora of such hyperbolic Zionist defamations directed at decent Australians and others for the crime of simply standing up for respect for human rights. The price demanded by such Zionist blackmail threats of character assassination is not money in a laundreybag but silence - silence that enables IST and IOC crimes against Australia, Australians and indeed the world. The power of the Israel Lobby and insider CIA Lobby renders futile the courageous ethical objections to egregious falsehood of top public servants such as Australian hero Lieutenant Colonel Andrew Wilkie who resigned from his Intelligence career in 2003 over the issue of non-existence of Iraqi Weapons of Mass Destruction prior to Australian invasion of Iraq, his position being vindicated by similar positions of Scott Ritter (a top American former UN weapons inspector) and Dr David Kelly (possibly murdered in the UK) and indeed the inability to find such WMD after the illegal invasion and devastation of Iraq. What an outrage that dual citizen racist Zionist traitors can neutralize such a great Australian.

8. Criminal defamation of Australians and blackmail of law officers by Zionists.

Ordinary citizens of the Western democracies are helpless in the face of Zionist and Israeli defamation and palpably so when the defamation is anonymous and on the Internet. I have encountered many examples of this and indeed am a victim of such cowardly defamation by anonymous Zionist fanatics. Legal action by even extremely prosperous citizens is contraindicated because such action is self-defeating - it would simply amplify the false message that “criticism of Israeli human rights abuses = anti-Semitism”. However criminal defamation may arise in particular cases (e.g. the celebrated alleged criminal defamation of a married woman in Frank Hardy’s book “Power Without Glory”). One can imagine such defamation becoming criminal when it has the effect of preventing law enforcement officers, other public figures and MPs doing their public duty with due diligence. Australian law enforcement officials were driven to incorrectly persecute Indian medico Dr Haneef in a climate of Zionist-promoted terror hysteria (it destroyed his Australian career and cost the country $8 million and reputation in South Asia) but conversely it has been up to Dubai police to expose criminal Zionist violation of Australian border security and up to an ex-Israeli spy to inform us that the Israelis have been “regularly” using Australian passport fraud for criminal ends. [14].

9. Silence kills and silence is complicity – Zionist holocaust denial, holocaust ignoring and genocide ignoring.

Racist Zionism arose at a time of racist and indeed genocidal European colonialism. The genocidal racism of the German Nazis was consonant with that of the Zionists (see “The Invention of the Jewish People” by Professor Shlomo Sand, Tel Aviv University) and was an extension of that of other Western European countries (for a cogent analysis see Sven Lindqvist’s “Exterminate All the Brutes”). The Zionists collaborated with the Nazis before and during World War 2 , their most appalling crime being that of persuading Churchill to oppose the Joel Brand plan to save 0.7 million Hungarian Jews from the Nazis. Unfortunately the best part of a century of lying by omission and lying by commission Zionist propaganda has re-written history. An appalling example is given by the WW2 Bengali Holocaust, the 1943-1945 man-made Bengal Famine in which 6-7 million Indians were deliberately and sustainedly starved to death under the British. Yet this atrocity has been almost completely removed from British history by complicit journalists, history academics and politicians. Thus Zionist historian Professor Sir Martin Gilbert (who deserves credit for actually mentioning this atrocity in several of his important books) makes no mention of this atrocity in several of his books on Churchill (just imagine biographies of Hitler that did not mention the Jewish Holocaust, 5-6 million dead, 1 in 6 dying from deprivation). Professor Gilbert is a member of the UK Chilcot Inquiry into the Iraq War (excess deaths 2.5 million, 2003-2010, and 4.4 million, 1990-2010). Similarly, Zionist historian Simon Schama, who deserves credit for exposing 2 centuries of British-imposed famines in India in his “History of Britain”, totally ignored the WW2 Bengali Holocaust in the same work. A top Australian historian has similarly deleted this atrocity from his recent histories, even though he was well aware of the event. Minimization of the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million killed) is punished by imprisonment in some major Western European countries (up to 10 years in prison in Austria) yet the racist Zionists ignore the European Holocaust involving 30 million Slav, Jewish and Gypsy deaths of which the Jewish Holocaust was a part. Racist Zionists have falsely made the term Holocaust synonymous with the Jewish Holocaust in an act of continuing holocaust denial that also ignores the 35 million Chinese killed under Japanese occupation and 6-7 million Indians killed under British occupation in WW2. This holocaust ignoring has now extended to nation-wide holocaust ignoring in the National History Curriculum promoted by the pro-Zionist Labor Government. Remorseless Zionist propaganda, blackmail and defamation in Australia have resulted in overwhelming and repugnant national ignoring of the ongoing Aboriginal Genocide, Iraqi Genocide, Afghan Genocide, Biofuel Genocide, Climate Genocide and Muslim Genocide. I have made a formal complaint to the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court about Australian and US Alliance complicity in these atrocities. [1-7, 28-37].

10. Actual or potential dual citizen Zionist political patronage involving the proceeds of crime.

Australia’s biggest white collar criminal (conservatively assessed proceeds of illegal asset stripping and illegal price fixing at least $100 million) has been a major donor to the pro-Zionist Australian Labor Party as well as to the Palestinian Genocide being perpetrated by racist Zionist-run Apartheid Israel. Suborning of the political process at various levels by Zionists is a massive political reality in the US, Canada, the UK, the EU as well as in Australia. Corporate resources must be spent in the financial interests of the shareholders and accordingly any corporate political donations must be made with the expectation of corporate profit i.e. such political donations must be bribes in order to be legal. Dual citizen Zionist political patronage can be seen as traitorous suborning the Australian political system in the interests of a foreign power and specifically of what has been described by Jewish Israeli Professor Avi Shlaim, Professor of International Relations at Oxford University, as a nuclear terrorist rogue state. Decent and patriotic Australians would no doubt object strongly to use of the proceeds of crime to influence the democratic process and suborn political representatives in the interests of a terrorist rogue state. [10].

11. Financial support for racist Zionist (RZ) Palestinian Genocide is tax deductible in Australia.

Decent folk should be resolutely opposed to any genocide, whether the Armenian Genocide (1915-1923) in which Australia was unwittingly complicit, the WW2 Jewish Genocide (1941-1945) or the ongoing Palestinian Genocide (1948-2010). Donation to the Zionist Jewish National Fund (JNF) for works on lands genocidally seized from Indigenous Palestinians is tax deductible in Australia. In an Orwellian twist, donations to Palestinian hospitals or orphanages attempting to deal with the consequences of Apartheid Israeli violence, theft and genocide might conceivably attract a punishment of up to life imprisonment under Zionist-beholden Australian anti-terrorism laws. In particular, the donation of the proceeds of crime (see item 10) to support the Zionist Palestinian Genocide would also be tax deductible as well as money laundering. There are draconian Australia laws prohibiting support for “terrorist” activity but genocide as practised by the racist Zionists (RZs) and Apartheid Israel is surely the very worst form of terrorism today. 12. Zionist and Australian involvement in murder and mass murder.

Zionist crimes and Zionist support for Apartheid Israel within Australia cannot be arbitrarily divorced from murderous Zionist crimes around the world. Many examples of individual assassinations can be given including the recent IST assassination of a Hamas official in Dubai involving the use of 4 forged Australian passports and the murder of Jewish UK newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell. There is a strong case for IST involvement in the assassination of former US Attorney General and presidential candidate Robert Kennedy (JFK and RFK wanted Zionists registered as agents of a foreign country; the assassinations had the final outcome that dual citizen Zionists with prime allegiance to a nuclear terrorist rogue state would have a dominant role in US foreign policy). However the most horrendous crime (that is also utterly ignored by Zionist-beholden Mainstream media and politicians) is the mass murder of Muslims around the world (mostly women and children) in the Zionist-backed US War on Terror (an estimated 8 million avoidable deaths, mostly of Muslim women and children, 2001-2010), a war on Arab, Asian, Muslim and non-European women and children in which Australia is involved as an ally of the US. The potential or actual dual citizen Zionists have utterly sullied Australia’s reputation by engineering Australia’s participation in the ongoing Muslim Holocaust and Muslim Genocide that already has a 21st century death toll (about 7 million Muslim excess deaths) greater than that of the WW2 Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million killed by the Nazis, 1 in 6 dying from deprivation). Zionists use political death as an alternative to actual physical assassination. Thus it is likely (who actually knows?) that Zionists played a direct or indirect part in some political deaths in Australia, notably those of Mark Latham (sentenced to political death by public intervention in the election campaign by the pro-Zionist US Ambassador Schieffer (“Schiefferbrains” in Mark Latham’s celebrated “The Latham Diaries”) after Mr Latham promised to bring Australian soldiers back from the Zionist-backed Iraq War ) and the reversion to the back benches of a leading, ethical and humanitarian Labor MP who was the only member of the House of Representatives to have asked how many people had died in the Iraq War (who leaked the innocent but damaging reference that caused his downfall?). Indeed the absence of politician concern about the genocidal, racist Zionist-backed Iraq War and Afghan War (Australia has 100 and 1,500 soldiers, respectively, in these war zones) is testament to US and racist Zionist power in Australia. Before the 2007 election of the Labor Federal Government about 50% of Australians could say that they were not complicit in the Iraqi Genocide and Afghan Genocide (4.4 million violent and non-violent excess deaths and 5-6 million refugees in Iraq, 1990-2003, and 4.5 million excess deaths and 3-4 million refugees in Afghanistan, 2001-2010). However when Australians (most notoriously the Labor Federal Goverment) are “soft” on Zionist crimes within Australia then they become “accessories after the fact” of such crimes. Labor opposition to the Indo-China War (13 million excess deaths) has transmuted to blind support for subsequent US Asian Wars (10 million excess deaths associated, so far, with the Gulf War, Iraq Sanctions, the Iraq War and the Afghan War). 15. Zionist money laundering in Australia.

Criminal IST (forged passports, likely insider training, and other criminal activities) have given Zionists and Israelis a blank cheque for money laundering of the proceeds of crime. There is clear, public domain evidence that massive proceeds of criminal activity have been laundered within Australia by Australia’s leading white collar criminal through political donations to the Australian Labor Party and to the Jewish National Fund (the latter being tax deductible). Australia is a signatory to the UN Genocide Convention, which also demands the prosecution of those involved in the crime of genocide. It is already known that Israelis were involved in passport fraud in New Zealand, these frauds permitting anonymous international travel for criminal IST or IOC purposes (e.g. murder or kidnapping of targetted individuals or groups of individuals in, it is in part speculated, US hegemony Latin American, Asian, African and European countries or US occupied countries such as Occupied Iraq). Anecdote has it that arms were smuggled into Fiji via Israeli agricultural pipe imports through Australia. Israelis are the major “dirty tricks” surrogates for the USA around the world (Australia performed a similar role in the illegal US invasion of Iraq) . In 1967 Israeli Defence Force (IDF) navsl and air force personnel (I have met an Israeli pilot from that period) sustainedly attacked a defenceless US ship USS Liberty in international waters northwest of the Egyptian town of El Arish. 34 Americans were killed and 171 were wounded in the sustained air and naval attack. No Israeli politicians or IDF personnel have been arraigned for this war crime. The rationale appears to have been Israeli secrecy concerns over an Israeli massacre of thousands of Egyptian prisoners of war near El Arish and the illegal Israeli invasion of Syria. Australia is militarily linked to the US via the ANZUS agreement but Australian Governments and officials allow people involved in these war crimes against Americans to come and go freely from Australia. Racist Zionists have perverted Australian values and Australian culture, making Australians complicit in an ongoing Muslim Holocaust and Muslim Genocide, of which the major components are the ongoing Palestinian Genocide, Iraqi Genocide, Afghan Genocide, Muslim Genocide, Indigenous Genocide, Biofuel Genocide and Climate Genocide. I have lodged a Formal Complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) re Australian and US Alliance involvement in the worsening Muslim Genocide. [1-7, 27, 35, 61].

26. Racist Zionist (RZ) perversion of Australian media and Australian values.

Racist Zionists have suborned and perverted Australian academics, media, politicians and values to the extent that Australia is now involved in massive, ongoing genocidal events but steadfastly looks the other way and ignores the horrendous realities. Thus Australia is variously complicit in the US occupations and wars that are currently associated with about 0.7 million Indigenous excess deaths in the American Empire each year. Violent and non-violent excess deaths associated with the wars on Iraq and Afghanistan alone now total about 10 million (this including the circa 3,000 Australia deaths linked to the US restoration of the Taliban-destroyed Afghan opiate industry) but decent Australians are kept in the dark through academic, media and politician lying by omission. One recalls that many decent Germans asserted in 1945 that they did not know what had been happening. Australian academics, journalists and politicians have been subject to all kinds of pressures to make them toe the Zionist line, a key element being Zionist preparedness to defame decent anti-racist Australians as “anti-Semites”, a death sentence for the careers of such people. Actual or potential dual citizens of Apartheid Israel can exert insider influence (e.g. I know of a such a couple in which one partner worked as the adviser to a Federal Minister and the other had a very important media position). CIA perversion of Western media is well known and potential or actual dual citizen Zionists are part of the same abuse. More organized censorship may occur via Government D notices or media oligopoly collusion. It would be very useful to find out the who, what and why of such perversions that border on the criminal (commercial deception, commercial collusion, blackmail, defamation, denial of natural justice, OHS violations) and traitorous. In Japan self-regulated media censorship operates explicitly through the major media-government collusions and so-called government-, business- and NGO-financed “reporters’ clubs” (kisha kurabu) as described by a top Japanese-Australian academic who was also a former journalist. As demonstrated very clearly in relation to environmentalists and the Labor’s fraudulent Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS), those organizations with significant budgets and who are flattered by sitting at the Big Table (e.g. the Australian Conservation Foundation, the World Wildlife Fund and the Climate Institute) support the pro-coal Labor Government’s ETS proposal in support of a fossil fuel industry responsible for an estimated 5,000 Australian deaths annually from coal burning pollutants and involving a risk avoidance-based valuation of $50 billion (indeed the pro-Labor taxpayer-funded ABC has pushed the utterly false line that to be pro-environment one must support the ETS – whereas top climate scientists and top climate economists slam ETS proposals as fraudulent, ineffective and dangerous). I have described those who actually rule Australia and are responsible for a dominant culture of ignoring, denial and lying by omission as Pacmen (Prosperous Anglo-Celtic Men). However the Zionist domination of Australia and other Western Murdochracies suggests the term Paczmen (pronounced “patchmen” Hungarian-style, and meaning Prosperous Anglo-Celtic and Zionist Men). [1-11, 62-67].

27. Zionist perversion of the taxpayer-funded Australia Broadcasting Corporation (ABC).

The taxpayer-funded Australia Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) is ethically obliged to provide truthful and pertinent reporting. Unfortunately the ABC is in the clutches of the Paczmen (Prosperous Anglo-Celtic and Zionist Men) and has a horrendous and continuing recording of holocaust ignoring, genocide ignoring and lying by omission. One could write volumes about this appalling cowardice, dishonesty, theft of public money and indeed treason by the ABC but 3 examples should suffice. (1) A team of scientists led by Professor Niels Harrit, Chemistry Department, 9-Nobel-Laureate University of Copenhagen and using state-of-the-art chemical physics techniques has established that unexploded nanothermite particles were present in all sample of the World Trade Centre (WTC) dust examined. This finding (published in a multi-author paper in a peer-reviewed scientific journal) is “loaded gun” evidence for involvement in the 9-11 atrocity of the US Government (and very likely therefore of its key “dirty tricks” surrogate, Israeli State Terrorism, as indeed indicated by former Italian President and intelligence intimate Professor Francesco Cossiga). A Search of the ABC site for the term “Niels Harrit” yields ZERO results. (2). The most horrendous and massive realities in the World today are the mounting deaths from the continuing Palestinian Genocide, Iraqi Genocide, Afghan Genocide, Bengali Genocide, Biofuel Genocide and Climate Genocide – yet a search of the ABC for these phrases yields ZERO results and even searches for the particularly Australia-relevant terms “Indigenous Genocide” and “Aboriginal Genocide” yield a mere 3 and 9 results, respectively. (3). Man-made global warming is perceived by an overwhelming scientific consensus as the biggest threat facing Australia and humanity as a whole. The 3 key policy steps for Australia as perceived by top scientists and economists are no ETS, renewables (and cessation of GHG pollution) ASAP and a Carbon Tax as reflected in mainstream political support from the Greens ( 3/3), the Coalition (1/3) and Labor (0/3). However the pro-Labor ABC falsely presents support for the ETS as synonymous with tackling climate change. Further, brilliant bionic ear electrical engineer Professor Peter Seligman, University of Melbourne, has just published a book “Australian Sustainable Energy - by the numbers” that costs 100% renewable, baseload energy for Australia at a mere $280 billion. Yet a search of the ABC (the best of the Australian Mainstream media) reveals ZERO results for "Peter Seligman" and 80 results for non-scientist climate change denialist Lord Monckton (whose grandfather as director of wartime propaganda was involved in the denial of the WW2 Bengal Holocaust that killed up to 7 million Indians). [1-12, 31, 32, 41-46, 63-69].

28. Does the world-leading Israeli illegal trade in body parts involve Australians?

The State of Israel is a world leader in the repugnant and illegal trade in human body parts. Outstanding anti-racist Jewish American commentator Stephen Lendman has written recently: “Nancy Scheper-Hughes is a UC Berkeley Professor of Medical Anthropology, founder of Organ Watch, author of scholarly books and articles on the subject, and "unflinchingly honest in (citing) the Israeli connection.""Israel is at the top," she states. "It has tentacles reaching out worldwide. (It has) a pyramid system at work that's awesome....they have brokers everywhere, bank accounts everywhere; they've got recruiters, they've got translators, they've got travel agents who set up the visas." They pay "the poor and the hungry to slowly dismantle their bodies" or simply take what they want from fresh corpses. Body parts are commodities, to be harvested and sold to the rich, even though organ sales are prohibited in most countries, but not in international law.” As a result of Professor Nancy Scheper-Hughes’ investigations the FBI has arrested numerous people associated with the Israeli illegal trade in human body parts in the US. Since Australia is rich and is involved in other illegal Israeli activities (passport forgery, Ecstasy trade, genocide) it is quite likely that the Israeli world-leading illegal trade in body parts involves Australians as organ recipients either in Apartheid Israel or a third country (e.g. India which has considerable intelligence, military and tourism links with Apartheid Israel). [70-72].

29. Zionist involvement in illegal immigration, people smuggling and violation of Australia border security.

The apparently “regular” forging of Australian passports by IST (see item #1) means that IST can move people around the world and in and out of Australia at will in gross violation of Australian border protection. Hopefully face recognition systems will largely put an end to this but immigration records should readily identify all those wittingly or unwittingly involved in such illegal movements and involving, at some point, travel to and from Apartheid Israel. One can realistic envisage that beneficiaries of such criminal Israeli violation of Australian border security would have included IST agents, IOC agents, Arab or Muslim collaborators being rewarded by Apartheid Israel with a new home in Australia, Russian Mafia (Israel has a large population of Russian immigrants from the 1990s), drug dealers, prostitutes and other criminal associates. Labor PM Kevin Rudd has intemperately described people smugglers assisting desperate refugees as “scum”. How then does one describe the racist Zionists (RZs), US Alliance and Australians who created 20 million Muslim refugees in the first place (the breakdown being 7 million Palestinians, 5-6 million Iraqis, 3-4 million Afghans and 2.5 million Pashtuns from NW Pakistan). [1-13, 15].

30. Zionist involvement in international sex slave trafficking in Australia?

The preparedness of IST to violate International Law and national laws for criminality, murder, mass murder and genocide, and the considerable Israeli connections with impoverished South Asia raise the possibility of Israeli involvement in prostitution and sex slave trafficking to Australia. The argument is simply that there is a big sex slave trafficking to Australia, the authorities have been tardy in dealing with the problem (a worrying sign in the context of Zionist-perverted Australia and the extraordinary myopia of Australian authorities in relation to Zionist crimes), and the Israelis have shown that they are quite able to do it and in reality do things that are far, far worse, namely murder, mass murder and genocide.

31. Are there connections between Zionist terrorism and the Russian Mafia in Australia?

The official, mainstream, state terrorist culture in Apartheid Israel as exposed by top Israeli scholar Professor Avi Shlaim of Oxford University, derives from an Israeli Establishment dominated by Ashkenazi (Eastern European-orgin) Zionists, many of them linked to the pre- and post-war Irgun terrorist organization. A big influx of impoverished Ashkenazi Jews and non-Jewish Russians in Apartheid Israel occurred in the 1990s with the collapse of Russian Communism (an interesting exposure of the UK-US policy of having as many “white” client colonizers in this Judaism-violating Anglo-American fortress as possible). The coincidence of masses of desperately poor Russian-speaking Israelis prepared to commit the worst of crimes (i.e. genocide in the West Bank), a growing Russian Mafia in the West and in Australia, and ruthless IST criminality makes pragmatic cooperation between IST, IOC and the Russian Mafia a significant likelihood.

32. Racist Zionist perversion of Australia and racist, anti-Indigenous Australian legislation.

Racist Zionism and historical Australian racism have distinct similarities borne of a similar racist, colonial mindset of racial superiority permitting invasion, occupation, dispossession and mass murder. The racist Zionist Palestinian Genocide continues with some 6 million Palestinians excluded permanently from their Palestinian Homeland, 1.5 million Israeli Palestinians living as second class citizens under Apartheid Laws and threatened with expulsion at any time and 4 million West Bank Occupied Palestinians held captive in either the Gaza Concentration Camp (1.5 million inmates) or the West Bank Bantustans (2.5 million people) that now effectively comprise only about 8% of the total area of the former British Mandated Palestine. The racist Zionists clearly want all the land of Mandated Palestine plus more (perhaps to the Tigris and Euphrates) – their “problem” (akin to that of the Nazis in relation to lebensraum, Slavs, Jews and Gypsies) is what to do with the millions of Indigenous inhabitants. Yet the Australia Establishment (most notoriously the Apartheid Labor Party) is comfortable with this, supports Apartheid Israel and has shown great hostility towards the Palestinians. In Australia the Aboriginal Genocide continues with continuing effective dispossession of Aboriginal land, ethnocide and shocking Indigenous Australian avoidable mortality. The key difference is that the racist Zionists ultimately want to expel all the Arabs, especially from the State of Israel proper where the most notorious Zionist racists are obsessed with the Arab birth rate and the so-called “demographic bomb”. The concepts of one-man-one-vote democracy, non-racism, justice and equality are evidently utterly alien to the racist Zionists (RZs). In contrast, the politically correct racist (PC racist) Australians want assimilation and indeed describe Aboriginal insistence on retention of Language and Land (fundamental human rights) as a kind of Apartheid. The common racist mindset was evidently understood by a former Israel ambassador to Australia who stated in an interview with Haaretz (2006): “Israel and Australia are like sisters in Asia. We are in Asia without the characteristics of Asians. We don't have yellow skin and slanted eyes. Asia is basically the yellow race. Australia and Israel are not - we are basically the white race. We are on the western side of Asia and they are on the southeastern side. Israel has not fully acknowledged the value of working together with Australia in Asia. It's a way for us to cooperate with and enhance our position in the countries neighboring Australia.” Australia has also become an Apartheid state by introducing bipartisanly-supported race-based legislation that excludes Northern Territory (NT) Indigenous Australians from the protection of the 1975 Racial Discrimination Act and allows for appalling abuse of Aboriginal human rights by the NT Intervention. The author of these race-based impositions and the Australian invasion of Iraq (post-invasion excess deaths 2.5 million) has had a forest on stolen Palestinian land named in his honor by the racist Zionist terrorists running Apartheid Israel. 33. Actual or prospective dual citizen racist Zionist treason against Australia.

The ugly and evil xenophobia against Jews in Europe was based upon simple cultural difference, competition between Judaism and Christianity for converts in the early Christian era, primitive blaming during disasters such as the Black Death and of course decorated with the canard of alleged responsibility for the death of Jesus. However in the 20th century traditional anti-Semitism in the Ukraine (as instanced in 19th century pogroms by Cossacks) was boosted by Jewish involvement with the Communists who imposed the horrendous Ukrainian Famine (“Holodomor”; up to 7 million deaths in the early 1930s due to Stalin’s policies). Evil and ultimately genocidal German anti-Semitism was encouraged by Nazi political expediency in Germany and in Nazi-occupied eastern Europe, significant Jewish involvement in the capitalism disaster of the Great Depression, and the reality that the Zionist movement had been “bought” by the British Government in 1917 with the issuance of the Balfour Declaration promising a Jewish National Home in Mandated Palestine. Leading Zionist historian Professor Sir Martin Gilbert makes it quite clear in his book on World War 1 (WW1) that the Balfour Declaration was about securing Russian Zionist support for continued Russian involvement in. WW1 (an ultimately unsuccessful policy). However today in countries like the US, Canada, UK and Australia the existence of the Apartheid State of Israel and the open offer of dual citizenship to all Jews (with the racist exclusion of the right of Indigenous Palestinians to live in their own country) raises a legitimate concern about primary national allegiance and all kinds of employment, electability and security clearance issues flowing from that. Thus I understand that US and Australian citizens born in India or China are excluded from certain areas of Defence or Security employment in the US and Australia but actual or potential dual citizens of the nuclear terrorist rogue state of Apartheid Israel and with a primary loyalty to that state are welcome. Further, one is reminded of an Australian senator whose election was annulled when it was discovered that he was a British rather than Australian citizen, albeit with sworn loyalty to our common Head of State. This double standard and the implicit treason of the racist Zionists (RZs) casts an unacceptable shadow over decent, anti-racist , humanitarian and loyal Australian and Americans Jews and indeed over all Australians. Thus an Iranian-born cleric and his wife are to be deported shortly from Australia because of a secret report about them by the Australia Security and Intelligence Organization (ASIO). They derive from a country with peaceful and productive relations with Australia but which is deeply hated and endlessly threatened with nuclear or conventional destruction by the nuclear terrorist states of Apartheid Israel and the US. This unfortunate couple (and in particular their Australian-born and/or Australia-raised dinky-di Aussie kids) may very possibly be victims of influence within Australian Security of racist Zionists connected with IST and with a traitorous prime loyalty to a foreign nuclear terrorist rogue state, Apartheid Israel. Some privately intemperate Australian Muslims have recently been imprisoned for up to 28 years over private threats of violence against Australians and/or Australian property (variously promoted by agents provocateurs). Indeed a Federal MP recently echoed horrendous racist Zionist warmongering by publicly advocating the bombing of the remote, peaceful nation of Iran.

About 1 million Australians, or about 5% of the Australian population, live overseas as tourists, or as temporary or permanent expatriates. We are familiar with national news reports of “Australian consular assistance” being offered to Australian citizens imprisoned in foreign countries or subject to threat from political or natural disasters overseas. However the recent civilian targeting bombing and shelling by Apartheid Israel in Lebanon (2006) and in Gaza (2006, 2008 and 2009) revealed scant support. for Australian citizens by pro-Zionist Australian governments. In Lebanon in 2006 a tourist ship was commissioned to remove circa 1,000 Australian citizens from Lebanon but the major parties (Coalition Government and Labor Opposition) both supported the Israelis’ “right” to use such tactics in “self defence” and only the Australian Greens and Australian Democrats called for an immediate cease fire. Apartheid Israel regards itself as above International, national and the Natural Law and accordingly any Australians in the Middle East are at serious risk from IST, whether in Israel (passport fraud), Occupied Palestine (imprisonment, death or serious injury from IST and the IDF who murderously target the helpless Occupied Palestinians and have a record of injuring, imprisoning and even killing Western peace activists).or nearby countries (from repeated IST and IDF violence through shelling, rocketing and bombing). It would be useful to know the numbers of Australian citizens put at risk by such IST and IDF violence (e.g. about 25,000 in Lebanon in 2006) and how many Australians or their family members have been imprisoned, injured, tortured or killed by IST and the IDF in the Middle East (or indeed elsewhere). [1-11].

A leading Australian Vice Chancellor I know and admire cogently summarized the parlous state of Australian universities a decade ago: “The prime roles of a university are threefold: to teach, to conduct research and to provide service, including constructive criticism, to the community … The teaching role has been severely threatened … Fundamental research is now difficult to conduct … critical comments by university staff have been censored … It is time that governments recognised that universities are not just an expensive luxury, but a highly important part of our national activity”. When entry to Australian universities was substantially restricted to those who could personally pay the fees and those on Commonwealth scholarships, Australian universities were places of great academic and student activism for human rights and against war and racism. However the financial squeezing of Australian universities, a bean-counting culture, re-introduction of student fees, the attack on student activities (from sport to politics) through the absurd, ignorant and counterproductive cessation of compulsory Student “Union” fees, and a general neoconservative societal atmosphere imposed by Zionist-beholden media have all contributed to student and staff apathy. Academic staff are clearly intimidated and subject to Codes of Conduct that constrain public comment. Academics intimidated from making comment even in their direct areas of expertise would be very unlikely to run the gauntlet of the ferocious, censorial and defamatory Zionist response to any criticism of Apartheid Israel’s gross human rights abuses. What can happen is illustrated by recent events at Monash University involving the attempts to punish and silence an anti-racist, humanitarian, Education Officer Omar Hassan, by the pro-Zionist Monash Student Association and Monash University and which have drawn criticism from around Australia. [66, 75, 76].

36. IST and IDF state terrorists take R &R in Australia.

It is routine to encounter IST and IDF state terrorists at particular kinds of religious or social functions in Australia. While India is a very cheap and interesting destination for R&R for young Israeli military wanting a break from the ongoing, slow Palestinian Genocide (and where such people have a bad reputation for rudeness and arrogance), Australia is evidently also regarded as a nice destination. It would indeed be alarming if such terrorists were not subject to intense scrutiny on the obvious basis that they come from a violent, criminal, war criminal, nuclear terrorist rogue state engaged in illegal occupation of other countries, mass imprisonment, torture, mass dispossession, ethnic cleansing, gross violation of the Geneva Convention and civilian targeting war crimes. A fundamental human (and indeed primate) imperative is “thou shalt not kill children”. This imperative is so fundamental that as far as I know it is not actually written down in the Bible. Indeed the number 1 person in the World for saying “thou shalt not kill children” is not the Holy Father or the Archbishop of Canterbury but an agnostic humanist scientist from Melbourne, Australia. The Zionist perversion of Australia academia, media and politics (notably of the Apartheid Israel-supporting Australian Labor Party aka the Apartheid Israel-supporting Labor Party or the Apartheid Labor Party) means that there is an extraordinary Australian silence about the ongoing mass murder of children in which the racist Zionist (RZs) and Australians are complicit. Thus UN Population Division , UNICEF and WHO data inform that the post-invasion under-5 infant deaths in the Occupied Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan territories total 0.2 million, 0.9 million and 2.4 million, respectively. The under-5 infant deaths in Iraq under Sanctions and Occupation have totalled 1.9 million. This is happening because of war, occupation and gross Occupier violation of Articles 55 and 56 of the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War that state that an Occupier must provide life-sustaining food and medical services “to the fullest extent of the means available to it”. The current "annual death rate" is 7% for Occupied Afghan under-5 year old infants under the US Alliance - as compared to that of 4% (for Poles under the Nazis in WW2), 5% (French Jews under the Nazis and the Nazi-collaborator Vichy régime in WW2), 13% (Australian POWs of the Japanese in WW2) and 19% (Jews in Nazi-occupied Europe). The “annual total expenditure on health per capita” permitted in Occupied Afghanistan by the pro-Zionist, Zionist-beholden US Alliance (including Australia) is $29 as compared to $3,122 in Australia. This is indeed racist Zionist perversion of Australian values and Australian complicity in war criminal passive mass murder of children. [1-11, 77, 78, 79].

The Catholic prohibition of usury and limitations on Jewish participation in Mediaeval economies directed Jewish participation in jewellery and banking. The expansion of the British Empire in the 18th and 19th centuries saw the importance of bankers in funding horrendous imperialist wars. Learning well the lessons from the success of people such as the Jane Austen forebear James Brydges, first Duke of Chandos (who made a fortune from war and inside knowledge with his associate the Duke of Marlborough), the Rothschild family exploited such inside information from wars with immense success (early inside knowledge of the British success at the Battle of Waterloo resulted in a great Rothschild killing on the London Stock Exchange). The only Jewish-origin Prime Minister of Britain, Benjamin Disraeli, was a British imperialist and protectionist who was complicit in the 1840s Irish Famine (1 million starved to death, 1.5 million emigrated, and more would have died but for the Peel repeal of the Corn Laws, a measure that Disraeli opposed), horrendous famines in British-ruled, post-Indian Mutiny reprisals (in which the British killed 10 million Indians in reprisals for 2,000 British deaths in 1857) and the Indian Holocaust under Queen Victoria (associated with 500 million avoidable Indian deaths from grievous deprivation under Nazi-style British occupation). These atrocities are mimicked today under pro-Zionist Anglo-American régimes, notably the post-1950 global avoidable mortality holocaust (1.3 billion excess deaths including 0.6 billion Muslim avoidable deaths and 0.7 billion excess deaths in the former British Empire) and the 8 million violent and non-violent avoidable deaths associated (so far) with the US War on Terror in ostensible reprisals for the 3,000 killed on 9-11 (an atrocity almost certainly involving the US itself with likely IST participation). However a crucial aspect of the immense profitability (for some) of wars and mass murder has been insider trading and collusion, crimes made notorious in Australia through 2 well known Zionist exponents that were indeed arraigned and punished for such crimes. Exhaustive research of stock exchange data and media reports might begin to make a case (as indeed was studied after the 9-11 atrocity). However the existence of a nuclear terrorist rogue state of Apartheid Israel has provided a unique avenue for insider trading. Any of the routine bellicose statements and actions from the government or military of Apartheid Israel are extremely profitable (in terms of investment x profit margin) if their associates in the US, Canada, the UK, France or Australia have advance knowledge and can exploit the consequent rise in gold price or dip in stock values. Australian trading around the time of 9-11 and the illegal Australian invasion of Iraq would be of great interest. Essentially those involved in Apartheid Israel-linked insider trading have a licence to print money and it would be important for Australian law enforcement officers to determine the extent of this racist Zionist abuse. [31, 32].

39. Zionist holocaust ignoring, holocaust denial, terrorism ignoring, terrorism denial and perversion of Australian school children by intellectual child abuse.

Several years ago a Victorian high school teacher published a textbook for year 12 politics students that, in dealing with the phenomenon of terrorism, considered non-state terrorism and the state terrorism of the US and the State of Israel. The Coalition Federal Government, the Coalition Victorian Opposition and several prominent pro-Zionists protested the book and there were demands for banning the book. The Victorian Labor Government adroitly avoided the issue of proscribing the book by the excuse that the book was not a prescribed text. I made the following comment, published in The Age newspaper, Melbourne (17 September 2006) : “Teacher Paul Gilby is correct over "state terrorism" - the Coalition politicians are wrong. Seven thousand Western civilians (including Israelis) have been killed by "Muslim-origin non-state terrorism" over the last 40 years. In contrast, the post-invasion avoidable mortality (excess deaths; deaths that should not have happened) in the Occupied Palestinian, Iraqi and Afghan territories currently (September 2006) totals 0.3, 0.5 and 2 million respectively - roughly 60 per cent avoidable under-5-year-old-infant deaths and due to occupier violation of the Geneva Conventions that demand that occupiers keep their conquered subjects alive. (1) In 1943-1945 the British deliberately starved 6-7 million Indians to death in the WW2 Bengali Holocaust known (albeit to very few people due to Zionist censorship) as the WW2 Bengal Famine. This atrocity was associated with appalling sexual abuse of starving women and girls on a scale similar to that of the Comfort Women abuses of the Imperial Japanese Army. I have provided below the link to the transcript of a 2008 BBC broadcast on the subject involving myself and 1998 Economics Nobel Laureate Amartya Sen and other scholars. J.A.S. Grenville in “A History of the World from the 20th to the 21st Century” (2005) states: “At this very time [1943], masked by government suppression of news, the worst human disaster to befall India in the twentieth century occurred. The Bengal Famine claimed 3 million victims.” Yet major history books used and promulgated in Australia by media such as the ABC totally ignore this horrendous WW2 atrocity in a process of continuing holocaust ignoring. (2). Zionists plug a huge amount of historical falsehood of which the most offensive is that there was only one Holocaust, the WW2 Jewish Holocaust that killed 5-6 million Jews, 1 in 6 dying from deprivation. However as we all should know the WW2 Jewish Holocaust was part of a wider WW2 European Holocaust involving 30 million Slav, Jewish and Gypsy deaths. The pro-Zionist Apartheid Labor Government of Australia wants to have a common History Curriculum for all Australian children and a draft of the proposed curriculum has just been released. It is apparent that my strenuous objections to a previous draft have been ignored and I responded thus to requests for public comment this month: “Re 12. Depth Study 1. WW2 was about Nazi Germany and Japan seeking to emulate other Western countries in gaining empires by conquest and genocide. The first WW2 atrocity to be described as a "holocaust" (by N.G. The term "holocaust" could well be also applied to the 35 million Chinese killed under Japanese occupation. Lying by commission or omission to children is intellectual child abuse. 2. The racist, holocaust-denying, sanitized Anglo-American-Zionist version is pitched inappropriately in the extreme. 3. The general subject area is important but the racist, holocaust-denying sanitized Anglo-American-Zionist version is an outrage.” Lying by omission or commission to children is intellectual child abuse. The Israelis deliberately passively murder an estimated 3,600 Occupied Palestinian infants each year through deliberately imposed deprivation in violation of the Geneva Convention. Thus in 1973 Libyan Arab Airlines Boeing 727-224 Flight 114 became lost due to a combination of bad weather and equipment failure over northern Egypt and was shot down by Israeli warplanes (nearly all the people on board were killed when the plane failed to follow instructions issued by the Israeli pilots; of the 113 people on board, there were 5 survivors, including the co-pilot); in 1976 US CIA-backed Cuban exile terrorists destroyed a Cuban airliner (Douglas DC-8 Cubana Flight 455, October 6, 1976, all 73 people on board were killed, key perpetrators were free to live in the US); in 1978 Korean Air Lines Boeing 707 Flight 902 was shot down by Soviet fighter planes in USSR airspace; the plane crash-landed near the USSR border with Finland, two of the 109 people on board were killed); in 1983 Korean Air Lines Boeing 747 Flight 007 was shot down by USSR fighter planes near Sakhalin after straying into Soviet airspace, apparently on US covert instructions; all 269 people on board were killed); and in 1988 the US Navy shot down an Iranian airliner in Iranian air space (Iranian Air Airbus A300B2 IR655, 290 passengers and crew were killed, including 66 children). Israeli preparedness to murder civilian airline passengers in cold blood and Australian preparedness to allow the perpetrators to come and go as they please makes IST a major threat to Australian air travellers. [87].

A huge mountain of racist Zionist lies, denial, holocaust denial, obfuscation and “blame and shame” terror hysteria have utterly perverted RRM and hence puts Australian security at acute risk. A fundamental issue is prevention of avoidable Australian deaths (e.g. about 5,000 deaths annually from coal burning pollutants, 400 deaths annually linked to US Alliance restoration of the Taliban-destroyed Afghan opium industry, a de facto US Alliance-backed industry that now dominates the world illicit opiate market). 42. Huge terrorism threat to Australia from Zionist-beholden US and Apartheid Israel state terrorism.

IST has been involved directly in immense violent and non-violent avoidable deaths. Thus post-1967 Occupied Palestinian avoidable deaths total 0.3 million and post-invasion Occupied Palestinian under-5 infant deaths total 0.2 million. Post-1945 violent Palestinian deaths total about 50,000 and post-1967 violent Palestinian deaths at the hands of Israelis total about 11,000. 1950-2005 excess deaths in countries variously occupied by Apartheid Israel and the US in the post-1945 era total 24 million and 82 million, respectively. US-Israeli state terrorism is a horrible and huge reality of the late 20th and 21st centuries. Violent and non-violent excess deaths in the Zionist-backed wars on Iraq and Afghanistan now total about 10 million, the breakdown being 4.4 million excess deaths in Iraq (1990-2010), 4.5 million excess deaths in Afghanistan (2001-2010) and 0.8 million global opiate drug-related deaths due to US Alliance restoration of the Taliban-destroyed Afghan opium industry that is now over 90% of the world total. Both Israeli and US state terrorism have been involved in additional terrorist atrocities around the world involving bombing, killing and “false flag” operations. Indeed both Apartheid Israel and the American Empire have been the major beneficiaries of ostensible Muslim-origin non-state terrorism raising the issue of to what extent such terrorism has been actively encouraged and supported by the Americans and Israelis (e.g. the US backed Al Qaeda and the mujaheddin in Afghanistan ). Thus the War on Terror has now established violent US or US surrogate hegemony over a huge swathe of the world from Occupied Somalia to robot-bombed NW Pakistan. US and Israelis state terrorists have been involved with bombings and assassinations across the world and if it suited them would certainly commit such atrocities in the territory of their misguided ally Australia. There is certainly much precedent for such atrocities. Thus, for example, Philip Agee in his book “Inside the Company. CIA Diary” describes how his colleagues bombed Catholic Churches in Ecuador in order to incite anti-Communist sentiment (this book also serves as a good manual for guessing which Australian politicians are CIA associates); it is believed by the sole policeman survivor of the 1978 Sydney Hilton Bombing that this atrocity was an operation gone wrong by Australian security; both the Israelis and Americans have an appalling record of atrocities against civilian populations; a top Australian espionage chief has helped expose US and UK foreknowledge and complicity in the Pearl Harbor atrocity (still controversial in the West but a given for Japanese scholars); and the latest chemical physics scientific evidence points to explosive demolition of the WTC on 9-11 and hence direct US involvement (and likely IST involvement too) in the 9-11 atrocity. [1-10, 12, 31, 32, 39-46, 52, 53, 91, 92].

43. Racist Zionist Islamophobia, anti-Arab anti-Semitism, Muslim Genocide and the national interest.

Australia has a population of about 0.4 million Muslims and about 0.1 million Jews. Our neighbour, democratic Indonesia, has a population of 240 million people and is the biggest Muslim country in the World. Australia has commercial and defence ties with democratic Muslim Malaysia and trading, international education and sporting ties with democratic Muslim Bangladesh, democratic Muslim Pakistan and significantly Muslim democratic India (160 million Muslims). Simple decency and humanity aside, it is clearly in our national interest to be particularly friendly with these important neighbouring democratic countries to our north. However racist Zionist and racist Zionist-beholden US terror hysteria propaganda, Islamophobia, and anti-Arab anti-Semitism have made Australian Muslims a kind of second class citizenry and locked Australia into a horrendous ongoing Muslim Genocide of which the component parts are the ongoing Palestinian Genocide, Iraqi Genocide, Afghan Genocide, Muslim Genocide, Biofuel Genocide and Climate Genocide. The Australian racist Zionists (dual citizen and otherwise) have grossly betrayed Australia in the interests of a nuclear terrorist rogue state Apartheid Israel. [35, 93].

44. Racist Zionism, Australia, Israeli State Terrorism and very probable US responsibility for the 9-11 atrocity.

The 9-11 atrocity and subsequent terror hysteria has radically changed the world in a dangerous and irrational way. US Alliance responses to the 3000-victim 9-11 atrocity have been associated with about 8 million violent and non-violent avoidable deaths since 2001 of whom about 800,000 have been opiate drug-related deaths due to US Alliance restoration of the Taliban-destroyed Afghan opium industry from about 6% to a current 93% of the world illicit opiate market. The sheer disproportionality and dishonesty of the US War On Terror is staggering – even according to the official US version of 9-11 by the egregiously dishonest Bush Administration there were NO Iraqis, Afghans or opiate drug addicts involved in the 9-11 atrocity and yet Iraqis, Afghans and opiate drug users have been the principal victims with about 2,600 of such people dying avoidably since 2001 for every person killed on 9-11. Of course, in a wider global sense the carnage wrought by the pro-Zionist US Alliance has been much greater than that because of the diversion of valuable resources from sustaining life on Spaceship Earth to the killing of innocent people. Thus 16 million people die avoidably every year due to deprivation (2003 data; 22 million annually according to 2008 data) and one can estimate that this evil, Zionist-inspired hate-for-love substitution has cost the lives of 22 million per year x 8.5 years = 187 million people i.e. about 0.2 billion people. Clearly racist Zionism and the US Empire have benefited from the 9-11 atrocity in terms of power and hegemony. In terms of the carnage wrought by Israeli State Terrorism (IST) and US State Terrorism (USST) since 2001, the 3,000 deaths on 9-11 represent only several days of carnage in a US Empire in which it is estimated that 1,000 children die every day due to war criminal Zionist-backed US war policies. A growing body of scientists, engineers, architects, military, government, Congressmen and ordinary citizens in the US and around the World are profoundly sceptical of the “official Bush version” of 9-11. Notwithstanding the best efforts of the US Establishment to cover-up the truth, Science has finally proven US complicity in the 9-11 atrocity before, during and after. Obama’s part in the US post-9-11 Big Lie make him an accessory after the fact of the 9-11 atrocity. Sane, educated people with a modicum of scientific education and experience know that (1) steel and concrete skyscrapers don't turn to shattered steel, molten metal and fine powder in 10 seconds after localized, relatively low temperature fires and (2) trainee pilots trained on light aircraft for several weeks can't land a passenger jet on a dime (i.e. on the ground floor of the Pentagon) after allegedly slicing through half a dozen light poles and evading umpteen other obstacles on the landing strip (trees, cars, overpasses etc). The expert state-of-the-art chemical physics finding by Professor Niels Harrit (Chemistry Department, 8-Nobel-Laureate University of Copenhagen), and his colleagues, of unexploded nanothermite high explosive in all samples of WTC dust analyzed proves that explosive demolition destroyed the Twin Towers and building WTC7 (and hence points to US and very likely Israeli involvement as asserted by former Italian President Francesco Cossiga). Those media, academic, public servant and politician Australians deliberately ignoring evidence for explosive demolition of the WTC buildings are effectively accessories after the fact of that atrocity. [12, 41-46, 94].

45. Racist Zionism and Australians as new Occupied Palestinians.

Little known aspects of Jewish history are the colonial era attempts to establish race-based Jewish colonies in 20 countries around the World and in particular in the Kimberley region of North West Australia, a venture that failed and accordingly prevented Australia becoming Apartheid Israel and Australians becoming refugees or like Occupied Palestinians. Polish Jewish-origin Australian journalist Leon Gettler has written a fascinating book entitled “An Unpromised Land” ( Fremantle Arts Centre Press, Fremantle, Western Australia, 1993) about the ultimately unsuccessful attempt by Russian Jewish Bolshevik Dr Isaac Nachman Steinberg to organize Jewish settlement of the North West Australian Kimberley region. While it managed to garner extensive Australian support (but notably not from Australian Zionists), Dr Steinberg’s plan was finally vetoed by the Australia Government in 1944 in view of the dangers to Australia from having race-based colonization of a major slice of Australia (and possibly because the British under Churchill had finally decided in 1944 to partition Palestine between the 1/3 minority racist Zionist colonizers and the 2/3 majority Indigenous Palestinians). Chapter 8, “Little short of a national disaster” describes the final denouement of the Kimberley Scheme. On 28 October 1943 PM Curtin (Australian Labor Party) told Dr Steinberg that he had set up an interdepartmental committee to consider the scheme. In testimony to the Committee on 22 March 1944, a Security Services officer Captain Finzel opposed the project because of security concerns over existing colonies of Italians in Queensland and of Germans in South Australia. On 15 July 1944, PM Curtin wrote to Dr Steinberg telling him that the Government could not “see its way to depart from the long-established policy in regard to alien settlement in Australia” and would not “entertain the proposal for group settlement of the exclusive type contemplated by the Freeland League.” At the time a 1944 poll showed only 37% Australian support for a Jewish settlement. Steinberg retired to the US. Gettler comments (p134): “seeking a more conciliatory approach with the Arabs, he [Steinberg] increased his calls for a bi-national Jewish-Arab state, a view he had advocate din the 1920s”. Steinberg died in New York in 1957. Hundreds of millions of lucky people around the world in the Americas, Asia, Africa and Australasia who escaped genocidal, racist Zionist colonization (including White Australians of a now racist Zionist-dominated Apartheid Australia) can say of the poor Palestinians (about 11 million in all now, 7 million of them refugees): “There but for the grace of God go I”. [1, 2, 7-11, 58, 73, 95, 96].

46. Racist Zionist threat to Australian and World Jewry and the New Anti-Jewish Anti-Semitism in Australia.

For anti-racist Jews and indeed all anti-racist humanitarians the core moral messages from the Jewish Holocaust (5-6 million dead, 1 in 6 dying from deprivation) and from the more general WW2 European Holocaust (30 million Slav, Jewish and Gypsy dead) are “zero tolerance for racism”, “never again to anyone”, “bear witness” and “zero tolerance for lying”. However these sacred injunctions are grossly violated by the anti-Arab anti-Semitic racist Zionists running Apartheid Israel and their Western backers variously involved in the ongoing Palestinian Genocide, Iraqi Genocide and Afghan Genocide (post-invasion violent and non-violent excess deaths 0.3 million, 2.5 million and 4.5 million, respectively; post-invasion under-5 infant deaths 0.2 million, 0.9 million and 2.4 million, respectively; refugees totalling 7 million, 5-6 million and 3-4 million, respectively, plus a further 2.5 million NW Pakistan Pashtun refugees) . All decent, anti-racist, humanitarians must vigorously oppose and sideline those supporting racist Zionism, Apartheid Israel and racist Western wars and occupations who are currently complicit in 0.7 million non-violent excess deaths annually; continuing, racist Zionist and neoconservative perversion of human rights, humanitarian values and rational discourse in the Western democracies; ignoring of worsening climate genocide (that may kill 10 billion non-Europeans this century through unaddressed man-made climate change); and egregious anti-Jewish anti-Semitism through falsely identifying decent, anti-racist Jews with these appalling crimes. Indeed there is a New Anti-Jewish Anti-Semitism in Australia whereby the Australian Establishment resolutely ignores the opinions of outstanding anti-racist, humanitarian, Jewish scholars and writers (e.g. those of Independent Australian Jewish Voices and Jews Against Racist Zionism) and takes it cue from racist Zionists complicit in horrendous terrorist crimes against Palestinians, Arabs, Muslims, Asians and indeed against Australians. As perceived by UK writer Alan Hart in his recent book “Zionism: the Real Enemy of the Jews. Volume 1. The False Messiah” (Clarity Press), racist Zionism represents an immense threat not just to the Arab and Muslim World but also to decent, anti-racist, humanitarian Jews throughout the World, including Australia. By associating all Jews with horrendous genocidal crimes of Apartheid Israel, the racist Zionists and their supporters are falsely sullying the reputations of all anti-racist, humanitarian Jews and endangering such decent Jews all around the world. [8, 9, 97-99].

47. Racist Zionist lies, spin and the climate denialist threat.

A huge edifice of racist Zionist lying is slowly being eroded by resolute scholarly demolition, most notably by Jewish Israeli Professor Shlomo Sand’s book “The Invention of the Jewish People”. However progress is still unacceptably and mortally slow , as evidenced by the ongoing and horrendous War on Terror (8 millions deaths do far in reprisals for 3,000 9-11 deaths that in fact were almost certainly due to US action with likely Israeli State Terrorist involvement). An Australian society that for all its faults and biases believes in the rule of National Law and International Law has been converted with appalling rapidity into a PC racist, laissez faire society in which truth has become convenient perception and indeed an Orwellian society in which “war is peace, ignorance is strength, slavery is freedom and 2 plus 2 does not equal 4”. Such perversion of the truth utterly derails rational risk management and hence puts Australians at great risk. The greatest risks to the world in general today are nuclear weapons (that can rapidly wipe out nearly all of humanity), poverty (that kills 22 million people annually) and global warming (that is set to kill 10 billion non-Europeans this century in the absence of effective action). Racist Zionist-run Apartheid Israel has contributed massively to all of these threats to Humanity – Apartheid Israel is a nuclear terrorist power (indeed it helped similarly neo-Nazi and racist Apartheid South Africa to gain nuclear weapons); it has massively perverted Western poverty alleviation (at a cost of about 200 million lives in the last decade alone); and through its egregious perversion of rational risk management and its anti-African, anti-Asian and anti-non-European racism has disproportionately advanced the cause of the worsening Climate Genocide, a catastrophe in which Australia is also disproportionately involved as the world’s worst annual per capita greenhouse gas (GHG) polluter. Both Dr James Lovelock FRS (Gaia hypothesis) and Professor Kevin Anderson ( Director, Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, University of Manchester, UK) have recently estimated that fewer than 1 billion people will survive this century due to unaddressed, man-made global warming – noting that the world population is expected to reach 9.5 billion by 2050, these estimates translate to a climate genocide involving deaths of 10 billion people this century, this including 6 billion under-5 year old infants, 3 billion Muslims in a terminal Muslim Holocaust, 2 billion Indians, 1.3 billion non-Arab Africans, 0.5 billion Bengalis, 0.3 billion Pakistanis and 0.3 billion Bangladeshis. [100-105].

48. Australia as an emigration destination for war criminal racist Zionist Israelis.

It is estimated that 700,000 Israelis live outside Apartheid Israel, with about 450,000 living in the US or Canada. Australia would be an ideal location for such Israeli emigrants. However from a decent, anti-racist Australian perspective the entry into this country of people involved in racism, theft, ethnic cleansing, matricide, paedocide, infanticide, genocide and other crimes, including war crimes, is extremely undesirable. It is not clear what the ratio of racist to non-racist Israeli immigrants is in Australia (personal encounters optimistically suggest roughly equal proportions). [106].

49. Racist Zionists, Israeli State Terrorism and Australian toleration of Western state terrorism.

The terrorist group Irgun and like racist Zionists groups collaborated with the Nazis before and during World War 2 and were involved in murdering British servicemen and Indigenous Palestinians after the war. The Irgun terrorist organization used to be proscribed as a terrorist organization in Australia but it appears to have been taken off the List in recent years. Perhaps this happened because of racist Zionist (RZ) pressure from within Australia and from Apartheid Israel, noting that many right wing politicians in Apartheid Israel are historically directly linked to the Irgun and like terrorist groups. Thus for example Obama’s first appointment (as his Chief of Staff) was the son of an Irgun terrorist. It is important to identify all the people involved in the decision to remove one of the world’s oldest and most dangerous terrorist organizations (indeed now a nuclear armed terrorist organization) from Australia’s list of such organizations. [8, 107].

While this law may seem intended to enable a Jewish homeland, we submit that it is in fact a form of racist privilege that abets the colonial oppression of the Palestinians. Today there are more than 7 million Palestinian refugees around the world. Israel denies their right to return to their homes and land — a right recognised and undisputed by UN Resolution 194, the Geneva Convention, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Meanwhile, we are invited to live on that same land simply because we are Jewish, thereby potentially taking the place of Palestinians who would dearly love to return to their ancestral lands. We renounce this “right” to “return” offered to us by Israeli law. It is not right that we may “return” to a state that is not ours while Palestinians are excluded and continuously dispossessed.” One applauds the decency of the Jewish Australian signatories of this statement. However in contrast dual citizens holding egregiously racist Zionist (RZ) views are inimical to public order and public decency and by supporting criminal acts and Israeli State Terrorism raise serious security issues for Australia. Decent Australians are utterly disgusted that our nation that led the world in many key social areas in the 19th century is now in thrall to the evil of genocidal, warmongering, human rights-abusing, and intrinsically neo-Nazi racist Zionism [99].

Conclusion.
