John Scales Avery (a theoretical chemist at the University of Copenhagen; since 1990 he has been the Chairman of the Danish National Group of Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs that won a Nobel Peace Prize) (2018): “Genocides must also be included if we are to have a complete picture of the way in which governments attack civilian populations.
