Disclaimer: I am not an economist nor have any formal training in economics though I had one year of accounting in high school. There is too much confusion, myths, and disconnect from what is going on. The only time people seems to care is when inflation becomes too noticeable to ignore. But then they still don't know why it is happening. They tend to seek out some scapegoat (usually a politician or foreign power) to blame. I hope to bring some common sense perspective to the topic.
