Risk Management - Club Admin

Each club has a registrar that has access to the club’s demosphere account under NKSL.  If you do not have your login, please reach out to me to get that access.  All club leaders have to complete the risk management process.

Why is this important?  These steps are necessary to minimize risk associated with the playing and administration of the game of soccer.

Risk Management addresses a number of issues which include, but are not limited to, background checks & SafeSport training for those involved with youth players, abuse reporting, field and game safety and the protection of the state association and of each member organization and their assets.

Risk Management components

• Background check - is good for 2 years

• Safesport training - is good for 1 year from the date the training is completed

How do I access my Club in the KY state system?

Step 1: Log in to Kentucky Youth Soccer HERE. Tip: Bookmark this page for easy login access in the future!

a.      If you don’t remember your password, click “forgot your password?” on the bottom right, then enter your email address to have the password reset email sent to you

b.      If the system doesn’t recognize your email address, let me know.

Step 2:  From the dashboard, click on your Club Name under the RosterPro Club Registrations section. 

       Note: If you are affiliated with more than one club, you will see each club you are affiliated with in the list.

·        When adding a club official, the birthdate and email are required for the risk management process

Clubs that do not use Demosphere for player registrations and use import process for players and coaches

Coaches have to be risk management approved before they can coach or even attend a practice.  This means the coaches will need to be added prior to the season beginning in order for them to complete the risk management process.

·        If your club uses Demosphere to register players and completes a sync for the players, you can still upload the coaches to get that competed before you sync the players.  This is up to your club how you want to manage it, but NKSL will not allow the coach to participate until the risk management is complete and visible in the KYSA demosphere system.
