July 1, 2026 - Team & Field Info Due To Administrator – must be added to the google sheet using the specific format setup - each club will enter the teams on their own google sheet

Only enter teams that have a full roster of registered players. No teams are allowed to be removed once they are submitted to NKSL. $250 fee for removing teams.
Include coach's information once available (name, email, & phone)
*late fee will be assessed if a large portion of info is not sent by due date, teams can still be added after the due date, teams can not be removed. Only submit teams that you have player registrations to support.
NKSL clubs - New coaches Risk Management is due to be completed prior to the first team practice
Bracket request - best practice is to have each team assigned to a different bracket. U8 typically has 3-4 brackets so evenly spreading the teams within the club into different brackets
Player Info can be entered in Got Sport at any time or uploaded - uploads are due August 24, 2025 in order to be in the GOT Sport system for KYSA due date September 1, 2024 to allow time to review the data and correct any errors.

July 29, 2026 Schedule Changes Due - No teams will be added after this date. Please set up the player registration dates for your club to successfully meet this date.
August 5, 2026 Final Schedules
August 15, 2026 Season Begins
August 24, 2026 - NKSL clubs
Player import for KYSA is due
