FACILITY NOTES

• • SIDE OUT SPORTS - 973-276-8402

    • 26 Law Drive, Fairfield. Do not park on the building side of Law Dr. Police will ticket your car.

    • Doors open at 8AM, get by 7:45AM so you can get better parking.

    • PIZZA CREW

      • 11:30AM - Pickup 8 pizza pie "Corrado's Market" (480 Rt 46 Fairfield - 973-808-0400)

      • Pay and give them a copy "no-tax" certificate and they will not charge us for sale tax

      • Ask for plates! Get what ever napkins you can, we'll have some

      • Get a receipt and reimburse self out of cash box by end of day

    • TAKEDOWN CREW

      • Pack stuff into plastic bins with lids. This Location said we can leave stuff!!!

  • POWERZONE VOLLEYBALL CENTER

    • 3 Luger Road, Denville (last driveway on left, entrance on far side of building)

    • CLEANUP CREW

      • Walk along where volleyball spectators are located and pickup trash, also at scorer tables.

WHAT TO BRING

• • 3 quart blocks of ice

  • 1 quart of half / half for coffee

  • 1 cooler

WHAT TO DO

• • SETUP CREW

    • #1 Setup coffee urn on counter in foyer (double whatever the coffee can asks for)

    • #2 setup hot water pot (for hot chocolate/tea)

    • #3 get the rest of the stuff out of Ellen's car

    • #4 setup concession table, tape signs

    • #5 locate and setup the cash box (Ellen's box code = 000)

    • #6 COUNT MONEY in CASH BOX, and record on the cash box journal! Better to do with a witness.

  • BREAKDOWN CREW

    • Count money in cash box. record in journal. need a witness
