10. Development Plans

I am a person who believes in continuous development and advancement in my career. As a part of it, I prepared very well for my new grad interview due to which it went well. I am very hopeful about getting my new grad position. After I get my new grad position, my plan is to sharpen my nursing skills and knowledge through continuous learning. Then I want to specialize as an ICU nurse. Moreover, by the end of year 5, I have plans to work as a clinical nurse educator, University educator, or facilitator as I love teaching. I believe these goals are attainable and realistic for which I will give my best and work hard.
