Standard 3: Maintains the capability for practice

I believe that learning is a lifelong process and I am always eager to grab new ideas and knowledge. I have never stopped learning in each day of my life. Every day I learn something new and that is how life gets exciting. I thrive on professional development and uplift myself with my reflective practice and feedback from my facilitators and accessors. I always involve my patient in their care and inform them about the care being delivered. I always seek advice whenever I am confused. I take the responsibility for my actions and be accountable for my deeds. I maintain my capability of practice through continuous learning and improvement in my knowledge and skills. As evidence, my facilitator has commented on the ANSAt summative feedback form that I have a solid understanding of my practice which is attached below for reference.
