I am currently doing my Masters of Nursing Practice at the University of New England. Whereas I did my Bachelor's in Pharmacy at Kathmandu University. With the immense knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics, I decided to join Nursing so that I can be more involved in direct care delivery. I am always interested in study and love to read new things. I study any topic by understanding well and exploring as much as I can. Due to while, I have always secured higher marks and great remarks from my teachers and professors. I have been able to score a 4/4 GPA in my second last semester in my bachelor's and completed my BAchelor's with Higher distinction. Also, I have got Higher distinctions and distinctions in many units during my Master's degree which are reflected in the transcripts attached below..

WORK EXPERIENCES
Along with the placements, I am also working as an Assistant in Nursing and disability support worker, which has developed my skills in personal care, communication, documentation, and many other basic nursing skills. I have learned basic caring skills and assessment skills through my work. I have learnt to handle people with different intellectual and physical disabilities. I have also worked with elderly people with dementia and delirium while working in a nursing home with older people. I have knowledge about the management in a health facility and have also been up-to-date training required by my work. Along with this, I have teaching experience from back home, which has helped me to develop my presentation and communication skill. I enjoy teaching and I believe this is the best part of by teaching-learning process. Also, I have worked as a quality assurance officer in the pharmaceutical industry which has imparted knowledge on medication and adverse drug reactions. So, the combination of all these learnings and experiences has helped me a lot to perform successfully as a competent nurse.
