S.E.N.S.E.™ at the NATO C3 Agency

During the third week of February, 1999, the The Hague Branch of the NATO Consultation, Command and Control Agency (NC3A) hosted 39 Montenegrin nationals from the private and public sectors in the first Synthetic Environments for National Security Estimates (S.E.N.S.E™) simulation ever held outside the United States. This operational gaming event was co-sponsored by the George C. Marshall Center for Security Studies (GCMC) and supported by the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA), a Washington DC-based federally funded Research and Development centre.

2 Klaus Niemeyer was Chief of the Operation Research Division at the Shape Technical Centre and the NC3A until he retired in April 99. He now works as a consultant.
