Bill was born on November 29, 1945, in Oklahoma City, OK to W.B. and Welma Tucker.
He served in the U.S. Army. Bill was a prominent realtor, residential and commercial developer in Norman for over 50 years, and co-founder of an electrical contracting company.
Bill loved golfing, fishing, cooking, entertaining his many friends and telling funny jokes, and watching OU football.
Bill is survived by his wife, Pat Tucker of Norman, daughter Kathy (Milton) Dunn and her husband Steve of St. Petersburg, FL, son Jerry Milton of Norman, siblings Sandra Thompson and Jerry Tucker of Norman, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents W.B. and Welma Tucker.
