Name: Yui
Aliases: "You"
Age: Twenty
Race: Phantasm
Gender: Female
Height: 5'3''
Weight: N/A
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Appearance:
Long, uneven hair of a dusty gray color flows down her head and tickles the thinning of her back and frames equally pale and translucent flesh, given her an almost phantom-like appearance. The only point of coloration on her phantasmagoric figure is her eyes that almost seem to glow a dull, lonely red that gives her a pitiful face.
Intrinsics:
Valorian Affinity [Nothingness]: An artificial affinity caused by Akasha's influence herself, the weight of the world unleashing its might to blot out the existence of a higher magic. Whatever the original affinity may have been, the only thing that remains of it is emptiness that causes extreme forgetfulness in those around them. Around the sixth or seventh year of age it becomes increasingly likely that even the child's own parents and childhood friends will slowly forget the individual's existence.
Phantasm: The byproduct of death under Nothingness, the individual's soul is neglected and never drawn to the afterlife, lingering on around their forgotten body eternally. Those insensitive to magic will never become aware of their presence, and even then only the most potent of wielders are able to comprehend and recall the forgotten soul.
Terminus [Nothingness]: A Boundary Stone that spans five feet in all directions when activated. Within it, the holder can lure others into [Nothingness] and temporarily remove them from the physical and spiritual world. This allows for the effective traversal of walls and escaping detection, but constant exposure can cause side effects.
Possessions and Artifacts:
Robes of the Dead: Yui's robes were stolen from the tomb of a prominent Thaumaturge in a desperate gambit to gain recognition and be remembered. However the defilement of the mausoleum was passed off as a haunting and ignored. The worn and withered robes etched with glyphs into the sleeves and breast allow for communication with the dead, something that she made miserable use of in her final years.
