Background
In early May, Israel lost a Dolphin submarine to a Russian built homing torpedo dropped from a Syrian helicopter. Approximately 48 hours later, Israel hit a Syrian command center with a tactical nuclear weapon.
Video of the attack, when examined by nuclear weapons experts, led to one conclusion. This was a nuclear weapon.
Official sources concurred and in an interview with Colonel Jim Hanke, former Defense Attach' to Israel, it was revealed that Israel has long prepared for such attacks on Syria, even to the point of carefully mapping target sites in reference to fault lines that lead into Israel.
Were a nuclear weapon or massive penetrator/bunker-buster to be used carelessly, it could spread massive earthquakes across Israel.
Nuclear Confirmations
On August 1, 2013, Israel attacked what they called a 'large weapons cache' outside Homs.
In many ways, the attack resembled the Qasyoon mountain attack in early May, an attack that was confirmed to be nuclear, a full mushroom cloud with requisite "ball lightning."

According to this report, Strategic Missile Forces Command (SMF) notified both President Putin and the General Staff this past Tuesday (8 October) that at 01:58:11 GMT/UTC an atomic device was exploded in the seabed off the US Atlantic Ocean, barely 1,000 km (620 miles) from Charleston, causing a 4.5 magnitude earthquake measurement that SMF experts equate to being a 1-kiloton yield, which is equal to the power of 1,000 tons of TNT.
This report notes that SMF experts are able in differentiate an earthquake from an atomic blast in that in the former the ground starts shaking slowly as plates slide against each other, and then the seismic activity slow picks up as the ground really starts to move. It would later be confirmed that five major transmitters were hijacked simultaneously, a rather spectacular feat at the time that would have required considerable transmitting power and a coordinated terrestrial effort.

The ET aliens likely used a 240 meter signal transmission platform The Alien Crop Circle Formation Mechanism. For the 519 MHz transmission, the Antenna beamwidth calculator yields a beam width of 0.36 degrees (or more depending on the nature of the antenna). For a transmitter a thousand miles away, this would form a spot as small as 7 miles in diameter unless it was emitted from a low elevation angle. Multiple beams may have been used to suppress the audio signal transmitted from multiple TV stations.

A person who calls him self "Victor" releases a video of an alien being interviewed telepathically from Area 51. The most interesting part of the Area 51 video for me is the last 10 min. Everything I have read and know of Aliens seems to tie into the answers Victor provides. He mentions they don't necessarily come from a far distant planet. That they use their UFOs for inter-dimensional travel.
