Excellent Learning Environments

The 12 components of an "Excellent Learning Environment" provide a great framework to guide staff in their own and the school's professional development. As an Instructional Leader I do my best to mentor, work with, discuss and reflect on the 12 ELE components. Through these practices I work to give my staff the knowledge and skills to put in effective structures where student success and support is at the forefront.

As an instructional leader who strongly believes in the use and purposeful planning of the ELEs I work hard to make sure the courses I teach and that the staff at the school involve the ELE components.
