Director of People Services

Since 2024 I have been the Director of People Services within Wolf Creek Public Schools. This role entails:

Provided system-level leadership for human resources, people development, and organizational capacity, reporting to the Assistant Superintendent of People Services.
Led administrator training, leadership development, succession planning, and teacher induction programs to build Division-wide capacity.
Supported and supervised principals in staffing, supervision, evaluation, and performance management of teachers and support staff.
Participated in the selection and appointment processes for all school-based administrative positions.
Provided human resources expertise, including guidance on policy, administrative procedures, and legal considerations.
Supported instructional leadership and the implementation of the annual school review process across schools.
Ensured fiscally responsible management of People Services budgets and compliance with Board, Ministerial, and legal mandates.
Fostered transparent communication, collaborative problem-solving, and effective resolution of staff concerns and conflicts.
